Excellent Service from start to finish My car suffered front bumper damage in a minor collision and everyone at FMG Newcastle were brilliant My car was collected and a courtesy car dropped off on Wednesday The repairs were completed very quickly and my car was back to me on Friday afternoon valeted and cleaned too Many thanks to Kelly Dawn Darren and whoever did the repair and valeting

The human touch

My car was damaged and FMG Martlesham were assessing and repairing it allocated by my insurers The insurance process was delayed but my contact with Will at FMG made the whole situation bearable I got regular updates honest feedback and the human touch in a process that is so frustrating and uncaring I would definitely choose FMG again They sorted my car as quickly as they could and kept me up to date That seems like a small ask but it s a rare and brilliant service these days Thank you Will and FMG

I had to use this company through an insurance claim as someone reversed into the side of my car I got my car back today after 2 weeks n I can honestly say I am extremely impressed with the service I was kept informed every other day about my repairs etc and the customer service is brilliant too The works I had done is exceptional and noone would ever know it d been damaged Top class workmanship and I am so very grateful to them

FMG made a comprehensive repair of my vehicle after a collision I was delighted to find the final condition as good as new During the repair period I called in 2x to check on progress and was helped by Kevin Dowling and Simon Else The repair took several weeks due to industry shortages of parts But it was worth waiting for and a courtesy car was offered The FMG office is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly The body-shop is well equipped and the standard of care and quality-control top-rate Highly recommended

Brilliant service A courtesy car was provided because I am disabled a lovely friendly guy brought it to me and took my car to be repaired Took less than a week I was kept updated about my car s progress Another lovely man returned it and it is immaculate like new again It was washed vacuumed too Very happy with complete service reception drivers guys that fixed the damage so beautifully Thankyou Will definitely recommend Hull Naylors Row
