Dear Auchan I ve purchased shaving machine from your Krakow Bronowiski branch nearly a few month ago I ve tried to bring it back because at time of purchase the machine was not shaving my facial hair I was not happy with this at all It was before 14 days of the initial purchase I ve contacted with 2 of the customer service specialist they told me that I cannot return the product I asked for manager he came and repeated the same argument and he told me that only possible thing is that they can repair the machine At the time I insisted that I want to return since this is not clearly working and they told me that if you have used the machine we cannot return it But then how can I know the machine does not work if I don t turn it on and try to shave my facial hair So after this argument they did not accept my return request I packed it and bring it back to home Today I tried to use it again now the machine is not working although I put it to charge for hours no response of work I wrote about this to the customer service they was not any help as well I encourage everyone not to buy any electronics from them since their customer service told me the same thing over email We do not offer time to test the product - from an Auchan pl employee answer for a defect product refund compaint
