Five days before I bought one account and got the wrong email or password Immediately I contacted support explaining what is a problem and three hours later they send Hi thanks for contacting us How can I assist you So in other words they even didn t read the message before So I explained again thinking they couldn t see the history what s the problem and waited four days to get another same message telling me the same information Hi thanks for contacting us How can I assist you

I bought account that not works they promised replacement account and info about this on email they never sent the email In waiting I checked the link manually and found that account is replaced but this new also not works On next contact to they support received info that first need read terms where warranty is 45 min

The site so far has been a scam I bought an account It worked fine at the beginning so I changed the epicgame account s password to secure it and then Today while playing the game crashed with the notification this game is crashed When I tried to login again it says Sorry your account is inactive and my not login When I contacted them they promised to give another account in 72hours So far almost a month has passed and they don t even answer me in the live char anymore

I m going to be honest this website for buying accounts used to be very legit I come back after a year and they are completely scamming 3 days ago I bought a 50 skin account and the account was invalid They told me to wait 24-72 hours it has now been well over 72 hours and I still don t have a replacement This website is a scam and I m warning everyone everywhere to not buy from this website THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I M REPORTING THE WEBSITE

I purchased a 50 skin account I got an email and a password however it did not work I contacted support for a replacement all good they said i would get it withing 72 hours well here we are 5 days later never got anything Then i contacted the support again and i got ghosted for a day One day later someone responded saying hey how can i assist you I asked them about the promised replacement And they just told me your to late you should contact us withing 45 minutes WHICH I DID Worst company ever

Worst support ever I bought 10 accounts and none of them worked for me I made a ticket right then under 15 minutes and the support ghosted me for a long time then he finally said they can t do anything because TOS says 45 minutes When I clearly made a ticket within 45 minutes Don t buy anything from here its a scam

Its just bad and a rip off please do not buy any products there We bought a lot of accounts but just a few worked The most of them were active we lost our accounts by changing passwort and email or a few days later Accounts that do not work should have been replaced so told by the website and the support team was friendly and fast just at the beginning But i never received the email wich should contain the new accounts A few replace-requests later my IP got banned from the support and I did not get any replace

i bought 3 accounts each of them has 80 skins but none of them work but when i bought some of the low skins accounts they all worked and support is very bad they asked me for some proof i sent them it and i got no reply from them since And in their terms of service it says that if you contact the support within 45 minutes you are eligeble for a replacment account So i wouldnt recomend them you will be better of if you throw your money in the air than if you give it to them
