Rude staff very unhelpful and uniterested at the Marrickvile Metro store Your items are way overpriced and of poor quality I wouldn t shop there at all I m very disappointed on how I was treated today How can a bunch of idiot s operate a store like this

Don t give them your money

Ordered it and found it wasn t compatible with my device and immediately requested a refund literally within minutes of ordering Was told a bunch of run around nonsense similar to that of others complaining on this site and no refund It is scam and they won t last long

Fonelab cannot recover deleted data nor restore backup data to iphone

I downloaded the trial version of iphone data recovery for PC It took my itunes backup and listed contents in folders Looked promising but wouldn t let me click on Recover So I bought it Turns out Recover only allows you to save text or pdf files to computer I have a free program to do this It did not recover any deleted files from my phone Nor does it have capability to restore text streams conversations to the iphone Useless to me When I emailed Fonelab support they responded saying they failed to find my order along with some form letter message Tried again with different question and received the same response Waste of money and time Nobody home at service desk

Do not waste your money

Beware of this company and their software I purchased fonelab to fix an issue with my son s iPhone Software did not work Requested a refund as a 30 day money back guarantee is stated The costumer service made me do a few things with phone the problem was never fixed it actually made it worse as the iphone had to be restored I am since then fighting to get my refund but their reply is that if I do not collaborate and find the bug they cannot refund me Thieves

Do not buy I purchased their software it did not work so I contacted their support and asked for a refund At that point they started an exhausting series of requests such as screenshots log files and now even a video Which of course is too heavy to be sent by mail and guess what Without video no refund Obviously they try to tire the customer out with these endless requests in order not to give any money back Their 30-day money back guarantee is a scam

Just another ripoff joint I wish I would ve read the reviews and return policy before I purchased would never recommend this fake program to anyone Should anyone inquire of me I will tell them not to even consider these characters especially for call history recovery

I was looking for tutorial on something when i find an this i did not look at the website name but it was just telling me to download all these crapy apps that were horrible and it marked good apps as data loss normal Then when i check these crap apps are made by fone lab no wonder

Incomplete function a crapshoot

While the FoneLab software does appear to extract some lost data from the target iphone it does not get it all leaving you a little better off but still missing what may be the most important data With this tool it s a crapshoot And forget about any refund Their 30 day warrantee will not happen their support philosophy is avoid deflect deny

They are a total scam Don t do it Customer service sucks and they refuse to refund You have to email support and they can not translate or understand English so they have no idea what you are talking about I took the time to write very detailed descriptions and their responses were gibberish
