SCAM DO NOT PAY I was looking for a way to backup my older iPhone to move everything to a newer model and didn t want to use the slow iCloud of iTunes so I tried the demo of FoneDog It created a backup file pretty quickly that included all my data photos contacts settings EVERYTHING Then to restore that file into the new phone they require you buy a license for 29 99 To just be done with the whole process I gave in and paid for it to move everything to my new phone BUT after buying then they tell you that the program can only restore Contacts- no pictures or anything else their demo backed up in the file making the file useless and them tricking people into paying 30 When I asked for a refund they showed me some buried small print writing that said all of this that no one would ever find and they get my money DON T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE Just use iTunes

This app does not work

As per the previous review FONEDOG advertised it could fix and restore a particular problem It dedicated a full page to it So I decided to purchase a full membership Guess what IT DID NOT WORK I tried every which way to resolve the issue I then had to take it to Apple who reset my phone at no charge I then asked for a full refund from FONEDOG and I clearly stated the issues they couldn t fix They then asked me 3-4 times what was the issue Again i told them They again asked for the Apple ID repair code number again asked what was my email address and what did I want refunded Again I stated the full amount as I proved them with my purchase code They again asked for my paypal address etc AGAIN i provided everything and I asked them firmly to stop with the repeated questions and just refund me Im still waiting

Avoid fonedog - they will literally take your money and hide

This app does not work When you uninstall it leaves files on your computer that you have to try to find and remove manually I have asked for a refund Should have read these review before trying to use it Piece of crap run away

I purchased their ios toolkit full suite based on their online claims of its capabilities - i tried at length to repair my daughter s iphone SE using this software and it failed with the failed for unknown reason message tried the deep repair option but that also failed for the same reason I have been back and forth by email with these people asking for my money back whilst refusing to jump through their BS hoops which they have in place to allow them to keep my money - it s very frustrating and I assure any potential customer that dealing with these cretins will be very tiring I still haven t received my refund and i won t hold my breath - hopefully they ll spend my money on an expensive lunch and it ll be rotten So sick of software developers like this doing horrible frustrating things like this - i genuinely feel that they are modern-day highwaymen women I have purchased fully registered versions of a great many softwares over the years and have had cause to be refunded for similar reasons by others without any problems - this lot are thieves plain and simple If your software doesn t do what it s advertised to do then money-back no quibbles

support factorydirectsavings together with support superiorswiftdiscount which I took a survey with Harbor freight and take a Survey and win a 177 piece tool set then pay 7 95 for shipping and then after that I was told I was entered into a contest for a drwing of 1000 entries to win that tool set and I investigated and they are a scam in which you don t winand are entered into other drqwings which the ammounts get highter and they auto deduct from your bank account I read other articles and was told to cancel and the support emails that are listed at the beginning og my review are false emails so cannot cancel anything

Why pay when iTunes does it for free

First you cannot talk to anyone except a Bot This Bot is handled through a third party called PaddleI meant to cancel my subscription a month ago I for got to so they Charged me 29 95 That one is on me i canceled yesterday April 26th 2022 I told the BOt to Cancel my Subscription refund my 29 95 for this month I did not get any response until today it shows they withdrew 29 95 form my account today April 27th THIS IS A SCAM DOES NOT WORK IT ONLY RECOVERED 50 OF MY PHONE I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUI can send all the bot emails

Scam alert they simply take your money

Just enter recovery mode on iTunes and you can do what this does but for free It s a bit scummy making us download the software and then making us pay to proceed Don t support this app There s better ways

It s a scam

The worst customer support ever the software doesn t do the job and they do not tell you that you should root your phone before purchasing I requested a refund 30 minutes after purchasing and they never replied
