I bought an iPhone 15 and purchased iMyFone to help me set up this new phone Although it didn t do what I was looking for the technical support specialist Aimee understood the situation I was in and went out of her way to help me and also gave me the promise that she would continue to work on getting me the features I wanted While I was not able to achieve my original goals for the program my interactions with Aimee throughout the entire process of inquiring about the feature and getting a refund were very courteous and smooth with very prompt feedback I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again

Excellent customer service

I purchased iMyFone hoping I could use it to create different voices while reading dialogue in fiction Unfortunately it was the wrong product After talking to Ray in tech support my purchase was refunded and I instead purchased VoxBox which is better suited to the task In a world where customer support often throws you under the bus Ray came through for me

I typically don t leave reviews but in this instance I had to I originally tried the trial offer and it worked so I went ahead and purchased the 1 month offer After I bought it there was in issue and I almost just said oh well that s 20 down the drain but I decided to reach out to customer service and Aimee responded right away She helped fix the issue and it s back to working I highly recommend them
