Cannot fault Forbes as a company we ve had a washer on rental for many years Customer care where wonderful after my washer wouldn t work the other morning very swift service in getting someone out to it and once it was obvious I d need a replacement that process was also very smooth and within a couple of days I d had my new washer delivered and installed May I add by two pleasant chaps Phil and Dave friendly efficient and helpful

The gentleman

The gentleman whom delivered my scooter was extremely friendly he answered all of my questions without hesitation He showed me how to use the scooter and helped me fill in all the paperwork he was a really lovely bloke and has made me want to get more equipment rentals from Forbes with confidence on being showed thoroughly on how to setup use the equipment All in all a great experience and a genuinely friendly face Extremely happy and content with the service and also with the conversation with the gentleman named Darren Thank you forbes for putting your customers first and daren for being patient with me

An incredibly easy process to set-up the choosing and payment of the washing machine with lots of help on the phone The engineers Woody and James installed the machine swiftly and explained how it all worked very simply Would highly recommend
