terrible experience
On my first attempt to rent a Sharenow in Paris I was disappointed to find that the car was in poor condition It was dirty with the painted ceiling of a vehicle and lacked safety belts for the back passengers Sharenow still charged me for the rental but the car didn t even move a centimeter The next day I was able to get a car in better condition However I accidentally left my iPad in the Sharenow vehicle I contacted support and they assured me that my tablet would be delivered to the Lost and Found office Unfortunately my iPad was stolen by the company When I reached out to the Lost and Found office they informed me that no one had turned in a funded iPad since August 4th I was able to locate the last known geolocation of my device but there were no other lost and found offices nearby

Worst customer service better use any other mobility service
Worst customer service ShareNow always booked my payments out of my credit card but out of a sudden one day they wrote me asking me to transfer the the payment of one trip I replied to the customer service if they could not just take the money from my account as usual They said my query had the following number 9415186 and they would get back to me A week later they directly charged me extra costs I wrote again and they opened the following query number 9447263 None reply whatsoever ever came back Please use another mobility service

Do not use this company
Do not use this company They think they have the authority to just take money from your account without your permission If you get a parking fine or speeding fine they will take as many payments as they feel like for admin charges which are completely unjustified Ask your bank to block payments from them Delete your account and email ShareNow to remove all and any of your details from their databases

ShareNOW s Nightmare at Schiphol A Cautionary Tale
I had a nightmare experience with ShareNOW at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam I could have ben involved in a fatal accident due to their negligence and I m warning you before using their services I rented a car that had an almost depleted battery THIS SHOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE TO BEGIN WITH since it is a REMOTE location with no chance of parking before reaching the city THIS IS BAD SERVICE DESIGN This negligence became apparent when the car stalled on a busy highway after 15 min driving putting not only my safety at risk but also that of other commuters Upon contacting ShareNOW their response was shockingly dismissive claiming that it was my responsibility to check the battery level before driving True However it would be very easy for them to ensure a minimum battery level e g 30 when picking up a car at the airport How dare they offer a car with less than 15 min battery from a remote location Knowing full well what could happen to a stalled car in a highway Not only did ShareNOW refuse to acknowledge their role in this incident or accept they could improve their safety measures they also charged me 300 EUR afterwards which I recovered after an investigation by my credit card issuer DO NOT USE SHARE NOW The potential consequences of their negligence could have been severe We as customers deserve a car-sharing service that prioritizes SAFETY NOT PROFIT

ShareNow - not reliable service
I have used ShareNow regularly over the past 4 months and in about 30 of the cases something has been wrong with the car Examples are reserving vehicles which are not in the locations marked on the in-app map cars which have punctured tiers dysfunctional windshield wiper etc This is very annoying when planning your day around having to use a car When contacting ShareNow they are denaying any problems

They are a frode
They are a frodeI used the up to 5 times and I had very negative experiences First with the cars being dirty and second I filled up the tank and I was supposed to get a 5Euros back and they never did it EVEN worse I contacted customer service and they repeatedly said they are sorry but they cannot solve the problem My advice use other companies

RED FLAGS Thinking about contacting the customer support Expect to wait around two weeks just to receive a standard answer with referral to the T C Just another red flag that this company simply does not care about their customers They are about to show more red flags than you will find in whole China I ended up closing my account and regret ever signing up

Business account team is horrifyingly bad and argumentative
I m not gonna lie some parts of our company have been managed badly So once I joined we started a clean up process During this process we found that we re paying for share now business and no-one knows who the admin is or who s using or to be exact NOT using the account as only the monthly fee is being charged I wrote to customer service to inquire who it might be as it might be an employee that has left the company They are refusing to give us the information per email and vere extremly rude and argumentative on the phone I can not recommend the business option at all

Car app would not let the car
Car app would not let the car reactivate turn on several times during a 6 hour rental which we never completed due to the car not starting midway through the day Customer service emergency line did not answer first time it didn t start for an hour We had to abandon the car later in the day after 2 5 hours waiting for help getting the car restarted It was a very hot and dangerous day to be out with senior citizens and were forced to take taxi s to get home 24 hours later the trip is still running we have written 3 emails and and called several times No answer No help Unsafe and unreliable company

SCAM Tried charging 4 000 damage for an Aug trip when wasn t on holiday using Sharenow
Used Sharenow in March abroad - all seemed well Would have recommended Received several harrassing emails now Sep Oct saying 4 000 invoice is due and account is blocked till paid I assumed their email had been hacked till I went on my account saw a dutch invoice google translated saying car damage of 4 000 was owed This was under trips in August despite me not using the Sharenow since March certainly haven t damaged their cars at all let alone from another country Luckily the payment method on the account was a travel card otherwise based on reading other people s reviews they d have charged it Completely ruined what should be an ethical business
