Booked flights for travel January 2023 and at the time seemed to be helpful but also pushy towards giving them a good review Year later didn t even bother to reply when emailed several times

Update on my refund from Friendztravel com it is day 5 of my wait for my refund and still no money has been refunded into our account per the email from Gaurav Mariah support rep 2 more business days to go before we look at turning this issue over to our attorney This has been the worst company out of all the companies we have used to get a refund for our canceled flight and cruise It has been over 2 years I will keep you updated Ronnie and Sandra Soliz

Do not touch them

We are also waiting for a refund for flights and have also been told American Airlines have refunded them They tell one lie after another Hopefully other people will see this and won t touch them with a barge pole

It s a scam

It s a scamAfter receiving my card info they called saying they re increasing the price and after some debate I reluctantly agreed Then the next day they called me again saying my flight is still not confirmed and there s a another increase in price Cancelled immediately

Guys please don t book - stay away - thieves

Positive reviews on here are written up by them and their family - do not trust Airline refunded them in May and re-confirmed this in November 2020 and Friendz Travel are ignoring emails and not answering calls end of January 2021 - they have walked away with the refund that was intended for me Guys please don t book They are using a Fake ATOL number and an accommodation address in the UK with all mail diverted abroad One of the directors lives in the UK but can t be traced They will take your money and run Contact your local Trading Standards office report them and report them to ABTA and your credit card They are thieves They are also using JTA travel - another shell Stay away

Update on my refund from Friendz travel comOn 9 23 2022 they said they have my refund after over 2 years but it will take 1 to 7 business days to process into my account day 1 of the wait for my refund no refund today I will update again tomorrow Update 2nd day of waiting for the refund and again no refund 5 more days to wait our Attorney advised us to wait the total 1-7 business days Friendz travel said it would take to deposit it back into our account per their last email to us Ronnie and Sandra Soliz

This is a follow up on my August 2020

This is a follow up on my August 2020 review 14 months ago Just yesterday Friendztravel followed up on my Trust Pilot review asking for details They have a County Court judgement against their name that I successfully brought against them Fortunately my credit card provider made good the loss I suffered through dealing with these people Friendz however still need to recompence the Court costs legal fees and interest loss before we can show the judgement settled The interest is still climbing day by day over 16 months

These guys are not well

These guys are not well Two years after stealing my money ignoring tens of calls and emails and never receiving a refund from them they have resurfaced to ask for details on here to probably avoid being shut down by Trustpilot for writing their own reviews under false Indian names profiles They are predatory and offensive Please don t line their pockets by buying into the good reviews on here These guys never got a person on a flight let alone calling themselves a travel agent

Scam False advertising Untrustworthy

Booked a flight to NYC great deal They called the next day claiming my card payment had been declined security code was 1 digit off but now the flight offer was no longer available so was going to cost another 400 No thank you Cancelled Suspicious payments followed had to cancel card I m convinced this is just a scam to obtain your personal details AVOID

This place is scary

This place is scary even if they do end up sending you a ticket you can actually use and in time for your flight it s a horrible experience They never answered my calls it would ring once and sound like a dropped call every time and then 30 min later they return call purposely I didn t answer just to call right back and guess what One ring and dropped call So fake or real I didn t do business with them after my bank flagged it it s just way too much of a bad experience over the little money they claim to save you Stay away
