I phoned at 10pm to cancel my ticket no one answer phone calls I emailed as well No one reply The service suppose to stay until 11pm but at 10pm I could not find anybody to cancel ticket It wasted my ticket

They took their time to get back to me but at end they did excellent job and sorted my flight

Hope this isn t a scam my family is really looking forward to it

I found Friendztravel on Google Ordered our plane tickets through them Got them for way cheaper than going through any other site We are very pleased with the process

On-line ----- took quite a bit of time but the end results were very good On-line cancelled me out many times as I got towards the end of completing the order ---- Eventually ----I got around the problem by changing my e-mail address to another one that I use It might have been difficult due to the fact that I am in the USA and I was buying the ticket for my son who lives in England The flight was from Manchester to Atlanta Georgia and back again Follow-up by your staff was very good ---even got a call from London The whole process took most of the afternoon and I personally pursued the situation and got a better price than what was offered by the staff about 100 difference Total return fare was 623 better price than I have seen in weeks Thank you all for your help---it was certainly an interesting experience but I will use your company again in the future Jeremiah

Tim was very helpful and helped me find flights and was good at making sure I got the flights I needed Slight error during online booking processing my payment but Tim was very helpful on the phone and sorted this out
