So far so good Fare was equal to taxes if I had used Avios so I was able to keep those for another adventure the booking was easy and each of my flights loaded to the respective carriers websites so I could go on them and reserve seats Fares even included check in baggage At present I am very happy and expect to use them again in the future

Exceptional customer service

Faced by confusing flight information for a trip to the USA from the UK my searches mostly getting flights which did not allow checked luggage WHO goes to the USA for a month WITHOUT a suitcase I finally used the Friendztravel chat option never expecting to get an immediate and very helpful response at 01 30 am The booking was made speedily and easily by John Smith who found exactly the flights at the times that suited me that allowed checked luggage I would thoroughly recommend you use this company their prices are competetive and their customer service exceptional My flights were booked and all confirmations received as promised

Mr jose luis was excellent to help me find a flight for my trip but I have to point out that they should update their online information I made a reservation at a cheaper price and when I called to confirm the price they said I had to pay 20 dollars more that s why I wanted to cancel but Jose Luis knew how to be a great customer service and helped me through the situation Thank you

Booking online was quick and easy I got a call back within 24hrs to verify my purchase but unfortunately my husband I were no longer able to fly out on those dates and weren t sure when we could next The customer service rep Maverick assured me that my card was not charged and waved any cancellation fee there may have been He was understanding and super helpful Thank you
