Excellent and friendly service

I had my existing ADT alarm system updated with the help of a friendly engineer called Walid Gamhiouen Walid was a breath of fresh air pleasant and delivered top tier service Due to a technical issue through no fault of his own he was unable to complete the job on the scheduled installation day which meant he had to come back a few days later once customer service had resolved the issue on their end - all the while Walid kept me updated on the process and ensured me he would return to finish the job True to his word he returned a few days later to complete the works and even though I was familiar with the ADT system Walid insisted on walking me through the various features on the app which I appreciated Once again I have been impressed with the level of professionalism received from ADT engineers and would not hesitate to recommend their services in the future Thanks Walid You re an asset to the company

Good Service

I made the initial enquiry via the ADT app and soon after was contacted I upgraded my ADT system in one phone call The engineer arrived on the day booked Before leaving the engineer thoroughly explained how the upgrades worked So far I am very happy with the service provided by ADT

Today Brendon Duffell installed our upgrade and cameras He did a really thorough neat job spent time sorting out other issues we had with smoke alarms and finally helped us use the system via the App Great job

Spencer Collier is extremely knowledgeable kind patient and efficient It was an absolute pleasure working with him to get our security system up and running He had answers for every question we had - even ones that were minor He was extremely thorough meticulous in his setup testing and handover The whole process from start to finish was excellent and we re very pleased with everything Spencer has done for us

We have just had our system upgraded to ADT s new wireless system The installation was completed extremely professionally and efficiently by ADT s technician Hossain Ibrahimi Hossain was extremely careful in removing our old system with minimal impact and very helpful in answering all my questions I am very satisfied with his work Many thanks
