My experience was horrible I will actively tell people to avoid this site I found a bit for my cosplay on your website with pictures of what it will look like the actual cosplay that came was nothing like what was advertised in the example pictures When I sent a complaint for a refund the only response was that the cosplay is based off the show Edit The team at Fruugo reached out to me after this and were extremely helpful in listening to my complaint further They were very understanding they even gave me a full refund for my item 10 10 customer service
