DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE

I keep trying to withdraw my money from FTX US and something keeps going wrong They have asked me for multiple selfies asked me to include my ID in the selfies along with a handwritten note How am I supposed to get all of that crap into an image while keeping my face unobscured It s just BS and a reason for them to keep my money Filing acomplaint with the SEC because I m tired of playing the runaround

Trading NFTs on here in a pain

Buying NFTs on this website is a massive pain The support is extremely slow or even non-existent They used depecptive marketing to get people to deposit money during the Steph Curry 2974 NFT launch After you deposit money into FTX us you can t use that money for buying NFTs or withdraw it for around 15 days But even until the day before the launch the FTX team was actively getting people to deposit money into their accounts while not telling us about the deplay is using our money and a lot of people including me could not take part in the NFT launch Still unable to withdraw my money and my suppoer ticket has had no response

More than a week for a withdrawal Useless assistance

After a week I m still waiting to receive my confirmed wire transfer the others processed normally I contacted the support on the portal asking for the CRO or TRN of the payment nothing I contacted the Telegram channel this morning Mr Stan nothing I contacted the Telegram channel again in the afternoon Mr Rey nothing Honestly from FTX I expected a lot more You ve lost a customer and judging by the huge number of reports in your Telegram Channel I m not the only one you ll lose today Ps I am a company owner I give you some advice hire more and more qualified staff Pps you ask us to be patient about our money I would ask you to have as much patience when you close a position in leverage 20

SCAM SITE NO TO CALL ONLINE SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND

So many issues with this site first my funds were locked - can t withdraw can t use to buy crypto Help tickets were no help they constantly ignore you for weeks Then issues with KYC - without telling me why they claimed that my account was fraudulent and refused to provide evidence or work it out with me There are many more reputable CEXes out there save yourself some and time

Lost 3300 in this Scam Stay away

Unprofessional crypto exchange run by a bunch of crooks They ask for your selfie for every step They ask for a selfie for deposit for withdrawal for linking bank trading and for every other step Please stay from this site There are much more established and safe websites like Binance and Gemini

Their support is almost non existent

Their support is almost non existent They had funds deposited by wire transfer for more than 5 hours even acknowledged receipt and still didn t get them credited to my account They re are more reliable options out there - DYOR

If I could give negative 5 stars I would CROOKS I don t care what Sammy speaks about in the news he is the criminal head of a multibillion dollars crime syndicate If he really does not know how Customer Service treats his clients he has his head very far up his A When you read the other reviews and think are exaggerated they are not Customer Service makes send them pic upon pic with handwritten LIKE THOSE idio s KNOW MY HANDWRITING notes and then the pictures are never good enough for them I lost 1000 s as have many others it seems

Non-existent customer support

Non-existent customer support Made a test transfer to ftx us of 100 USDC and carefully checked and matched every setting my transaction went through properly but was never credited on the exchange OK I ll connect with customer support and create a support ticket You can fill out a ticket enter your info and hit the submit button You won t get a notification that your request went through you won t get an e-Mail notification and worst of all you won t get a response I submitted two tickets both were ignored Get out now while you still can FTX us is horrible and doesn t deserve your business

This is such a rip off and i ve lost so

This is such a rip off and i ve lost so much transacting with them how come i owe taxes to funds i can t even access ridiculous taxes and support has offered no explanation as to an alternative option so i couldn t use my funds for weeks until pandrex co extracted them ftx can simply not be trusted and it remains to be seen how they plan to pay other users in my position

Even on the new platform ftx-exchange com they are still slow in responding to mails I m dissatisfied with this exchange my only happiness is the fact that they have starting paying us our money I m just happy I have regain access to my account
