I have staked FTT and SOL then on the same day decided to unstake them They said I have to wait 7 days AND THEY CHARGED ME 10 WITHDRAWAL FEES This is a steal 10 staking fee is after I finish the cycle and get the rewards but to unstake after few hours it is simply a steal Imagine staking 40 SOL and you lose 4 SOL just a steal isn t it If I stake the 40 SOL for ONE year I may get 4-6 SOL so basically I lost one year worth of staking Never stake with them Stake for 5 or even less with others

FTX USA Is ok but is really only good for Hodlers as it Only has 35 actual trade coins with about 1 3 of those being stable Fiat coins so basically they have only about 20 of the most popular coins that can ever gain in value so it s really Not worth the time and effort to verify until they allow more coins since those 20 coins are the same ones that have been around for several years and never really gain any substantial value greater than 5 in the short term I d like to add that after reading some of the reviews here if you don t know how to convert and transfer coins to a different exchange for withdrawal deposits and are afraid of losing money due to high risk investments You should probably never even consider Crypto

It s early but they have been great so far Here s why Extremely fast sign up and account approval on my institutional account for my Solo 401k Fast and reliable wire transfers in and same-day funds availability so far LOW fees and excellent customer service I ve emailed them twice after midnight EST and got an actual reply with actual info within 30-60 mins both times Getting a timely and helpful response from customer service is NOT the norm in this industry from what I ve experienced They don t have a lot of coins pairs but just getting onto an exchange is a big hurdle right now I ve heard from others that CB is 3-4 weeks for institutional account I haven t even heard back from 4 other exchanges wallets I signed up for on the same day K got my account opened in 1-2 weeks mostly my fault for not having the right application docs But FTX was way way faster No outages or getting locked out so far which has already happened to me on bigger exchanges - and is SUPER frustrating Haven t tried extensive trading or a withdraw yet Their FAQ doesn t seem lengthy but was easy to understand for funding and converting Very very happy I found them

Been using this site since late august have over 6 figures on it and have had absolutely 0 issues with margin trading lending spot trading etc Customer service is great and highly responsive via their telegram groups that they have When i submit support tickets they are a tiny bit slow but thats fine as i get my answers within minutes generally on telegram I gave 4 5 stars just because they lack the wide variety of coins perpetuals that com does have but the us does not have simply because it s a USA site There s only 20-22 4-5 being fiat like GBP AUD USD etc or so coins which is fine if you dont wanna hold trade alt s especially in the bull run we re in now missing a ton of opportunity not being able to trade all the alt coins other than that the fee s are much higher than com for trading as well other than that it s a great site and good place to store money crypto where i feel is safe especially on their blockfolio ftx app
