I would give it zero stars Ordered the topper and got very very wispy no hair coverage The plastic on the topper was bigger and fuller than the hair in the topper Terrible product Trying to return it but the company is being difficult IT IS NOT TRUE to the pictures I got about maybe 50 strands of wispy terrible topper hair Women who have hair loss issues already struggle so much with this and the wispyness and terribleness of this hair topper is insulting and embarrassing

I believe I was sent the wrong item

I believe I was sent the wrong item since the velcro strip I received did not match the advertised color I purchased nor was the color close to picture on site Now I am expected to submit multiple images of comparison in different lightings of the packaging and pay for return shipping to China Lesson learned

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever I ordered 4 boxes of hair took forever to ship had to drive over an hour to pick up the hair in the dead of winter because they apparently don t ship to my location and only to find out they only sent 1 of the 4 boxes How incompetent can you be Do not trust this company customer service is terrible another rip off Chinese company

I m so outraged I paid the 20 for expedited shipping I did not get my extensions in 3-5 days It s been a week no extention and they won t refunded my money I m very disappointed with this company

Return policy more like we ask 100 questions policy

I ll start off to say I own a real Halo extension and this quality SUCKS compared to it I got this piece because it has clips vs just the wire that my halo does and a friend of mine had a great experience with this company I received the hair and right away I knew it looked like trash I reached out to customer service to get a refund and they re giving me the Spanish Inquisition Back and forth emails I told them this is awful customer service and can they just tell me how to get my money back like the website promises Had I known these things I would ve never ordered But since my friend had a good experience I assumed I would too Bottom line- save your money for professional extensions

I ordered a topper in December

I ordered a topper in December the hair is very dry frizzy hair and lots of hair falling out from it After several emails and back and forth discussions and sending pictures they admitted that the hair is frizzy but still refused to take it back They offered 10 rebate but I decided to ignore them and not ordering from them again

Garbage color horrible topper made in china and super cheap customer service tried no less than three times to convince me to keep it or give it to someone Would give this 0 stars if it was possible Says easy returns on the website within 30 days and the scammers are charging a 15 restocking fee which is not listed in the returns section but in the friendly reminder section in unleadable tiny print DO NOT BUY go to hidden crown topper section quality product and no issues with returns

On Full Shine Hair Extensions website they charge 306 for 26 inches Brazilian remy double wefts 100 grams I found them on Amazon for 127 Same exact product The extensions are in Full Shine packaging and it is the exact hair as their website Just in case anyone needs a little help in life these hair extension are cheaper on Amazon

BEWARE

BEWARE Not real human hair at all I have been buying extensions for a decade and decided to switch it up My extensions usually last 12 months roughly I only use the most high end of products on the market and I don t use heat on my hair These extensions lasted a total of seven days And honestly after one wash they were completely frizzy and fried These are impossible to brush through Not to mention their customer service is virtually nonexistentDouble charged me and will not refund And now I have to pay for another couple packs and another install Hundreds of Waste of time energy and money with full shine An absolute nightmare Choose BELLAMI Quality Excellent customer service You get what you pay for Stay far far away from this company Chinese garbage What a scam
