I am still waiting on my order Also the website says the order was delivered which it was not I am very disappointed I purchased almost 200 worth of extensions

THIS WEBSITE IS FULL OF SCAMS - THE EXTENSIONS FALL OUT AND THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE I ALSO FOUND NITS IN THE HAIR THAT SHOWS IT IS UNHYGIENIC - THE FREE GIFTS WERE SYNTHETIC HAIR

Purchased the hair

Purchased the hair got the wrong colorThey exchangedTaking the hair out of packaging extremely thin right away Figured I ll try it It s been 4 weeks I have had nothibgbut problems with it tangling I put on my night cap and wrap it up as I always have even with Bellami hair I wake up to a knot I put my winter hat on and every single time I Takei off its in a knot This is the thinnest worst I ve ever had and will never purchase from fullshine again I recommend Bellami and a couple others but this fullshine is garbage

They steal hundreds and don t care

Never been so unhappy over blatant total disregard to notify customer product is out of stock eta or bonus to have common decency to return an email or text after a month of waiting for shipment This is to be a 3 5day turnaround claimed on their site which is a supposed reason to order from them But nothing on here is accurate in any way shape or form Once I finally got a response via text still waiting on my emails to be acknowledged but I was provided a tracking number This number shows to be created However it never made it to USPS to actually ship After a week plus of more waiting They have nothing to say and apparently it just one of DOSE thing It s too bad reaching through a phone is something technology has made a reality or the ability to let a grown person know that if you are going to behave like this and STEAL a couple hundred bucks from me Please at least speak with more than a 2 year old vocabulary and pronunciation Full shine you suck FO

A waste of time and money

I purchased 3 packs of hair from this company and was not at all satisfied with the color or quality I immediately contacted them after receiving the hair and told them l wanted to return it They kept emailing me telling me to just contact them to do a color match I told them the quality of the hair felt like synthetic baby doll hair and l was uninterested in repurchasing any more hair from them They then instructed me to take pictures of the hair still in the box untouched or tampered with before they would send me a return address After doing so they told me they charge a 15 restocking fee I told them this is something that is not stated in their return policy on their website I even took screenshots They still told me it s their policy In the end I lost nearly 40 total for return shipping and the 27 they charged me for a restocking fee Don t waste your time or money

I ordered a pack of hair extensions I paid for 20 inch hair extensions and received 12 inch I paid for the 20 inch tape ins and got 12 inch ombre blonde This company has reached back out to me to fill my order and make it right via whats app and messenger but I have yet to receive anything I am not happy I wish this company would honor there word

if i could leave a 0 i would i never received my hair and i ve been ignored so many times i asked to talk with a supervisor and for a phone number 20 times and never was contacted or able to speak with anyone besides the person telling me they were the victim i was told i had to request to sign for package they changed it bc of covid but their site didn t say that i was supposed to receive the hair within a week and it hadn t shipped yet so when i asked to cancel they conveniently shipped it then and couldn t request to return it to themselves bc it wasn t safe then i never receive it this place is a scam so take your 509 elsewhere please worst customer service and i was clearly scammed

I ordered a certain color and I received a different color When I inquired about it I was told that they are out of stock I was never informed they just decided to send me something different They said I had to return it before they send something else I had to pay for postage and I was never reimbursed Then there was silence After a certain time I just cancelled the order

Avoid Full Shine hair

I wish I had read this website first They sent a cheap product and they do not back up their own return policy They literally wrote to me and said But it may not worth it to save the hassle of returning may we suggest that you keep the items to dyed the color to match or maybe give it to a friend a s Christmas gift Horrible customer service Avoid

Terrible hair extensions site that steals legitimate photos from other sites When I opened the packet I could see the hair roots meaning it was pulled out of someone s hair scary and disgusting sent it back They refused to refund now my money down the drain thanks to fullshine net
