Given we spent 1200 only at Christmas on a bike for there to be an electrical fault you would think they would have been willing to help more then to just send me prices of new parts we needed The bike has always been stored indoors so has the charger and the only thing funbikes said was sorry your 2 weeks past warranty You don t expect to buy a brand new bike at 1200 for it to break after 6 5 months

Received delivery information one day before delivery that I payed 79 for was expected to be home for the day to take delivery on such short notice initial delivery was scheduled for 8am-10pm on the day of delivery I had a window of four hours Change of address wasn t possible and neither could a neighbour sign or the items be left in a safe place I had to speak with work to allow me to go home for the day to take delivery or lose my 79 delivery fee as I was told another delivery slot would cost an extra 79 Product looks great but major improvement is required on the delivery experience

Absolute cheap Chinese crap Rang to complain about the amount of play in my daughters bambino quad and I basically got told that s how they are and just send it back for refund Not realising it was a birthday present that I couldn t just take of my daughter Customer services is an absolute joke and a waste of time Do not waste your money here

I have purchased a few items from Funbikes over Christmas period KXMR-140 50cc toxic quad bike Wheel set for KXMR-140Let s start with the pit bike I had issues from the get go I had to replace carburetor to get the bike running Which cost me over 200 for a non Chinese genuine carburetor from Parker racing Purchased some bigger wheels for the pit bike and got advised I would not need any new spacers and it would be a straight swap Oh how wrong technical support are I did need new spacers and when I asked for what spacers I would need I got told we don t know that we will get back to you in a few days Still waiting a few weeks later Now the 50cc quad Broke down after two runs After back and fourth with customer service they agreed to send me out a replacement part for the pull cord They sent me a damaged one Travelled to Fun bikes for money back and they managed to fix it and said we won t charge you this time because we did indeed send you out a broken part to fix your quad Purchased the performance engine for 85 and guess what Broken pull cord and fly wheel pawls Managed to make it work by combining old parts off the old engine But I expect a fully working engine when I pay for one Not a damaged non runner Would I shop here again properly not Do the customer service after care actually care Properly not Do the tech support actually have a clue Unless you are fully qualified mechanic and love spending afternoons in the garage fixing these bikes instead of riding them fill your boots

Took 3 weeks for delivery and parts falling off quad
Took 3 weeks for delivery Paid extra for quad to be built and on the second use the rear brake caliper bolts came out and the caplier came off the disc losing one of the brake pads If you do pay for it to be built double check everything My 8 year old son was riding and lucky he noticed something was wrong before he had a serious accident

M2r 125 pitbike I ve had nowt but trouble with this bike from stator needed replacing twice in a few months after receiving bike clutch sticking tickover problems Save yourself a headache buy a proper dirt bike I e Honda crf 150 ect

Up until the point of delivery all had been OK Ordering was relatively straightforward and emails received promptly to confirm the order and payment Delivery was a different matter Email confirming date Phone call to confirm However when delivered the 2 guys just left the package containing the Quad at the edge of my property took a photo and left leaving my wife and I both in our mid 60 s to get it into our house It wasn t easy Very disappointed with that aspect of the purchase Thank you very much for your reply However the delivery wasn t made by a third party courier but by one of your own delivery teams

Sadly I ve purchased a MXR1300 48V back
Sadly I ve purchased a MXR1300 48V back in 2019 and had to purchase a new battery end of 2022 at a cost of 260 which I didn t mind as we had 3 years out of the original battery but now this new battery hasn t even lasted a year and my only option is to purchase another I d of expected a 260 battery to have last longer than this very disappointed and they won t replace this
