Funko charges for shipping on returns regardless of the issue won t accept returns or issue refunds on Funko Exclusives Even if you deny the delivery and return to sender they charge a 20 restocking fee AKA complete B S Meanwhile much smaller companies that sell Funko POPs take returns with no questions asked

Customer service is non-existent Placed an order 8 days ago and it still has yet to even ship Emailed them and was given a general non specific response days later Would recommend getting your Funko products elsewhere Praying I get a box in good shape because getting replacements or a refund seems like it would be a nightmare

I ordered a funko pop with dog The dog didn t come I selected all it s features but it didn t show on the order I called and they said it didn t get on the order so I can t have it I asked even if let s say I made the error I clearly made the purchase can I pay for the dog and shipping cause the box had my daughters dogs name on it They said no No way that could happen poor customer service Order 11418316

Ordered a Loungefly LF wallet Two weeks later LF says it shipped but shipping shows it has not been received by the USPS LF basically says not their problem that it didn t ship and refuses to refund or replace Horrid customer service by both email and Facebook messanger - you cannot call them to speak to live person Do not buy from LF Very disappointing

I ordered two custom figures
I ordered two custom pop yourself figures and Funko made them incorrectly I had to send three emails before I finally got a response from them almost a month later I requested new figures be made as I had also ordered protective cases and wanted to keep them sealed Funko instead insisted they would ship me replacement heads and that I could open the protective cases and fix the mistake myself I let them know that was unacceptable but they insisted that s the only thing that they could do I have no intention of opening the protective cases as they have adhesive on both sides of the lids and I wanted to keep them pristine as collectors items Removing adhesive prying off plastic lids popping off heads and putting new ones on is not the experience that I paid for I feel that Funko should correct their own mistake I honestly tried working with them and letting them know that I would return the defective items as soon as they sent me new complete ones along with a return shipping label but they refused to do this I am so done with Funko Save your money don t buy from here They used to be good but not anymore

Things have changed quick
Funko went from top-tier support if you exclude time to reply to practically no support Their support team shouldn t even need to exist if their policy is what they re claiming We don t guarantee mint condition boxes - Jeff Funko Support That is true and I didn t mind boxes not being mint What I care about is the water in the Funkos there was mold

Customer service has gone WAY downhill Rob is the WORST
Customer service has gone WAY downhill will not answer questions and ignores emails for damaged products And will always reply with a copy-and-paste reply One of the reasons why I m getting out of collecting these Coarse will always get my money because they actually talk to us and will help us out anyway Funko can learn from them

Poor customer service Very poor shipping and tracking Took 4 days from shipping label created to being shipped ups Eleven days to ship from Arizona to Pennsylvania Sent two emails and customer service never responded 2 16 recd notification from ups that my pkg has cleared customs and will be delivered tomorrow Why does a pkg coming from Arizona need to pass customs It s because funko pop is in CHINA As of today Customer service has still not responded to previous emails IF YOU BUY FUNKO POP YOU ARE BUYING FROM CHINA
