Don was great and extremely understanding and helpful Had a bad experience with a prior associate and Don was the total opposite Again he was very understanding and related with my situation He was also willing to hear and listen to the customer the collector and shared concern for the situation He provided customer service the way it s supposed to be done

The gentleman that I spoke with was incredibly nice and professional I had an issue with free shipping not appearing on my order and in a matter of seconds he had the problem rectified This is the first time I have dealt with Entertainment Earth customer service and I could not be more pleased He is a wonderful representative for your company

Help with an order and payment method

I ve been an EntertainmentEarth customer for a while now especially after the closure of Toys R Us EntertainmentEarth has definitely met and fulfilled my needs when it comes to collectibles that I order and I will continue to order with EntertainmentEarth Today June 29th 2023 I ran into a bit of a problem with an order that was credit card related I called EntertainmentEarth and a Donald R Tapia was extremely helpful in rectifying the discrepancy It was easy fast and now thanks to him my order is back on track with no further problems Thank you Donald R Tapia and thank you EntertainmentEarth

I received a funko pop in the mail and it came damaged Donald helped me by explaining the process and fixing the problem He was kind understanding knowledgeable and willing to help I love this company and have nothing but great things to say about them and Donald is one of the reasons why I continue to be a loyal customer

I called to fix my new credit card info and also question a charge that I have not received yet Daniel immediately took care of my problem with no push back We even talked a little bit about our own hobbies Daniel is very professional and impersonable He is someone that I would be proud of to have in my company

I called with a shipping issue I accidentally had the wrong an old shipping address on the order and realized it too late Donald helped me He took care of me While he wasn t able to change the destination he provided me with a few options to make sure I get my package He then offered to take care of me further on another order 100 will recommend EE because of Donald s awesome help

I can truly say dealing with Entertainment Earth for my Collectables has been great I appreciate they don t over commit pre order items which makes me comfortable I will get the products as expected I constantly get great customer service from Donald T He always has the right solution to my concerns I can say the current shipping methods partners needs improvement
