My order stuck in transit for several days i emailed funko support and the guys was very helpful and nice to help me with the issue they offered me a replacement order or refund as well thank you Antonio and Kudzai M and all the other guys in the support appreciate it very much

SDCC mess up Supported fixed it

Ordered an SDCC exclusive and was sent the totally wrong order naturally I was very very annoyed I messaged customer support- Jess said there was nothing she could do but she would look into it the next day she says they found my item and it would be sent to be ASAP and I could keep the item that was wrongfully sent to me I am delighted very helpful polite and understanding couldn t fault Jess
