Beware Back-ordered items listed as in-stock
Back-ordered items are listed as In Stock and they blatantly lie to you in order to close the sale I purchased both a bedroom set and dining room set from them and both were delayed months despite me being told that they were in stock I purchased a bedroom set from them on December 1 2020 that was listed as in stock and was told it would be delivered in a few weeks I was then told it was back-ordered and it would be delivered at the end of January That turned into the end of February and I eventually received my furniture in the middle of March This entire time the furniture set was still listed as In Stock on their website even though it took me almost 4 months to receive my furniture My second order Which will be my last order with this company was for a formal dining room set I ordered from them since the sales rep told me it was in stock and would be delivered in a few weeks This was ordered at the start of June 2021 and a week after placing my order I was informed it would be delayed to the start of July Then I was told it would be delayed until the end of July Now they are saying it s going to be delayed until the end of August despite the product still showing In Stock on their website Both of these order were over 5 000 and the poor level of service and deceit is simply unacceptable I ve received better service and honesty from companies like Jeromes and Mathis Brothers even though their furniture is considerably cheaper It s completely unacceptable to run a business this way and blatantly lie to your customers on the phone and on your website

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE I have ordered furniture from this place Paid full amount They said the item is in stock and will get by 2wks but have recieved after 3 months And above all i was delivered damaged furniture When refused to accept the damaged furniture they keep saying i need to pay them for shipping and restocking for no fault of mine DO NOT WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE

I wish I could post a photos here This is the worst piece of furniture I ever purchased in my life McFerran B1000 dresser with marble top came damaged Looked nice by the marble on top had a really bad chip They are trying to negotiate and give me the run around I can t even find any decent words to describe the quality of this dresser received It s been 2 weeks since I filed a claim - AND NOTHING HAPPENED These are the words from their customer service from 2 weeks ago a replacement does not guarantee that it won t arrive to you damaged again or even in worse condition- this is what we got from NY FURNUTURE OUTLETS store I asked for my money back and not replace the item and they said once this item leaves the wherehouse its not refundable Trust me Don t BUY from this company Worst buying experience ever I m still trying to get my money back and they have my damaged dresser Don t make the same mistake You will regret once they want you to pay for a damaged item

The worst piece of furniture I ever purchased
I wish I could post photos here Uploaded then with google review This is the worst piece of furniture I ever purchased in my life Yes it was packed well but that s the only positive thing here The biggest problem is that 3 out of 5 round legs cannot be installed straight they are not vertical and apparently that led the back of one section be lower than the other two parts 2 of those 3 legs the ones in the middle are floating in the air Yes they are not touching the floor I can t even find any decent words to describe the quality we received It s been 3 5 weeks since I filed a claim - AND NOTHING HAPPENED These are the words from their customer service from 3 5 weeks ago a replacement does not guarantee that it won t arrive to you damaged again or even in worse condition All defects we got were NOT AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING HEAVY ITEMS These are the manufactured defects So the whole list of problems crooked legs back of one section is lower than others ripped leather different washers for the same legs one side pillow moving mechanism is not hidden enough like the other one the locking mechanism is pushed down while it should be horizontal and two parts are moving against each other constantly- this is what we got from NY FURNUTURE OUTLETS store

5 month wait lies and NO resolution
I waited 5 months for delivery When I finally received my complete order after refusing an incomplete order it was damaged There has been no resolution There were many lies during the long wait and now there is no response when trying to contact for a resolution I would recommend that the company take responsibility and make it right with me and the many other unsatisfied customers in these reviews

This is an AWFUL company
This is an AWFUL company I wish I had never knew it We got a defective sofa almost a year ago Can you imagine sofa with non-vertical legs some of them even don t reach the floor That s what we got And one side pillow moves where it shouldn t Nothing is fixed We have a report from a technician that all defects are manufactured That s their response This was further investigated by our management team and the manufacturer s team It was concluded that since no damage was noted on the drivers delivery receipt we have no way of knowing the reason for the issues you reported Even though the repair technician stated that the item was defective the manufacturer provided proof that stated the items were inspected before they left their warehouse and found it to be in perfect condition The manufacturer advised that all their items pass a rigorous quality check before transit that is performed by a few different departments to ensure that the pieces are in perfect condition

Do not buy from this place
Do not buy from this place I ordered a table they first said it would arrive within 2 weeks It arrived after 2 months Broken I paid using Affirm and the customer service representative from NY Furniture Outlets named Elena Uta refused to refund my money instead insisting I accept a refurbished table when I purchased a new table They wanted me to pay 270 for shipping back and a 20 re-stocking fee yes for a broken table in order to process my refund They STOLE 800 between the shipping and restocking fee which I am still on the hook for with Affirm DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE Your items will arrive broken and they will steal your money

Bad experience
We bought a glass table with self-storing leaves from the company We paid for white glove delivery and assembly but the guys who came could not figure out how to put the table together based on the awful instructions The company sent me different instructions that were also unclear After trying for 3 hours they left with half of the table on my floor To make a very long story short after several weeks of back and forth with the company and another assembly person coming out we finally called one of their white glove assembly people directly He came and together with him and his assistant we were able to assemble the table going out of pocket to do so Of course at that point there were several dings and scratches on parts of the table When we asked the company to cover the cost of the assembly which was more than their initial white glove service charge they refused We opened a dispute with AmEx and they LIED to AmEx about what had happened
