Banned for no reason

Hello I am a bit disappointed of the site I signed up to gain gg a few months earlier but I started doing the offers and surveys yesterday when I noticed that my account was temporary banned and muted by the staff So I asked the live chat and did not get any answers within 24 hours But I can still do offers and then keep crediting although I am banned and I cant withdraw the coins Please help me as I cant reach out to you My gain id 283152Update They told me I was using VPN which is just not true Update They unbanned me and unlocked all my coins good site again D
