In reply to Galaxus customer services message below Thank you for the Feedback We understand that this can be frustrating Unfortunately this is indeed the standard procedure in this case The information our customer service has given you is correct as this issue occurred with the shipping partner--the problem with your shipping partner are problems that you should resolve You are not showing any accountability of the services to the customers and asking the customer to solve the problems with your shipping partner I paid over 500 CHF a product that I never received where there is no evidence that was delivered and you don t want reimburse the money WORST SERVICE EVER

It is now more than one month I order a product over 500 CHF and since then I don t have neither the product I ordered or the reimbursement The product got lost during the delivery with Galaxus delivery partner What Galaxus was able to do after many calls was to provide me with their internal procedure to raise the claim to police and to my personal insurance So practically speaking I have to do the work for them to recover a product that I paid and they lost RIDICOULOS

Super bad packed

I got order packed inside the box so bad one bag of Rollgersten was broken and all grains were all over inside the box I heard by noise already from outside that something is not ok inside the package No warranty on purchase of product Not very customer friendly from Galaxus

In reply to the the customer service message below Thank you for the rating As you have already been informed in contact with our customer service the order was correctly placed in your letterbox by the shipping partner and is therefore deemed to have been delivered safely If the parcel cannot be found the customer must report this to the police and their own household contents insurance ---As asked already multiple times you have to provide me with clear evidence that the parcel was delivered correctly If you or your delivery partner cannot provide this evidence I don t see any reasons why I should believe you This is called transparency and accountability
