WOW saying they are fast does not give them enough justice FANTASTIC

Score 4 5 5 Large product selection Good prices although had relatively seen better prices in the past Great customer service Good delivery fast when not using Planzer only occasional overuse of packaging and rarely broken products - Website product filters only partially working - main reason is that at least 1 person there is not doing a proper job at inputting the articles leading to rare wrong product categories and often false attributes i e instead of AMD X870 it was listed for weeks under AMD 870 or one of the hard drives was listed with 3000000000000 GB which is an obvious mistakes - if only someone would occasionally check the filters for duplicates and obvious error - they know since years but give a damn about it for some reason probably some protected worker - No option to buy in parts not a big deal - Used market is a rip off overpriced like crazy compared to competitors

I made my order in-person in one of Galaxus stores Ordering my items was very fast delivery was timely The store is very reliable in both ordering and returning articles if needed

I am a returning customer At Galaxus I find a vast variety of products at competitive prices I like to be able to follow the price evolution of the items on my interest Deliveries are timely and packaging is accurate

I have found this online shop to be a reliable source for a wide range of products Their customer service is also commendable I have been shopping from them for about eight years and have always found their service to be satisfactory They have also made improvements over time to enhance their customer experience
