Lost product during delivery not reimbursed

I ordered a product that went lost during the delivery Beside I never received the product Galaxus asked me to raise the case to police and to insurance They lost the product and I need to take care of the process Don t want to send me a new product and don t want reimburse it Do no order anything under Xmas

After delivery asking to pay up for items or send them back

Around Black Friday sales period I have purchased several discounted sport items as gifts for my children wife and friends All items were prepaid with credit card and delivered to me Than afterwards Galaxus ch sent me a new invoice with revised much higher prices than charged me initially Claiming that ALL prices were mistaken Amongst them were ski helmets SUP board snowshoes ski googles Some items were already given away to my children and friends The alternative was to send them back or pay much higher price Bottom line you never which price you will need to pay at Galaxus ch and whether they will ask you after delivery to pay higher prices I have proposed amicable solution to send back only items I was still in possesion but it was refused So imagine taking away from your children and friends gifts given saying Sorry Galaxus did mistake on prices - I cannot aford to give it to you - please give it back to me And finally till now I have received only part of money I have paid as they still try to impose restocking charges min 5chf per item even for items that have not been opened This is so called free returns Customer service was cruel and not listening to any arguments or legal arguments It has never happened to me when ordering from Amazon de or other online shops Funny enough if the package is lost they say It is your liability pls report to police and liability they limit to max 200chf look at a post above

Well I decided to purchase an expensive vacuum cleaner and it so happens that a few months after the vacuum head started screeching and squealing every time I vacuumed I first reported the problem in June Guess what 5 months later the malfunction was NEVER fixed even after being sent TWICE for repairs A lady working at customer service more like disservice promised they will either fix it or send a new one I addressed her specifically in an email and she ghosted me It s quite surprising how UNPROFESSIONAL they handled the whole complaint Galaxus hear me out NEVER AGAIN

The laptop looks refurbished and even the charger is used and even broken it has dust inside the vents a clear indication that its a used laptop

Not really reliable they offered a voucher for me to provide review and it never appeared so if they have same service as it represented by this action I rather not out myself in that situation

Worst customer service ever

Reply to customer service message below This is not right as I have been ask from customer service to raise the case to local police and to use my personal insurance to get 200 chf As I have not lost the product galaxus should reimburse the full value and not only 200 chf Also I have asked multiple to galaxus to show me the proof of delivery and they have no proof The level of service of galaxus is very poor and they not able to take accountability of their deliveries Reply from Galaxus ch14 hours agoThank you for your feedback We sincerely regret that this unpleasant situation has occurred This may potentially be a case where the insurance company needs to be informed especially if liability has been transferred to the buyer

Zero sensitivity with the products they

Zero sensitivity with the products they deliver We bought a trottinete for Christmas they left in the door without saving anything and our kids found it in the door when coming from school Thank you Galuxus for making the Christmas so special for our kids I will never buy a product again Hope other parents do the same

In reply to Galaxus feedback below I don t think you understand my frustration as you are worst customer service I have ever seen I bought a product for Xmas at the beginning of December and till Joe I don t have neither the product I bought or the reimbursement back I had to spend double money to buy the same product from another shop You had the choice to send me the product or reimburse the money Nothing had been done You have not even provide evidence of the delivery you claim was done correctly In conclusion worst s customer service and very dishonest We understand your frustration and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused After reviewing your case we can confirm that it is currently under investigation We kindly ask for your patience as we work to resolve the matter Please rest assured that we are taking your concerns seriously and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible Thank you for your understanding Kind regards Your Galaxus Team

In reply to the galaxus customer service below I raised the case to you that I never received the ordered product and you don t want reimburse nor provide a new product Now you are asking me to go to police and to my insurance to raise the case for a lost product that I never received YOU LOST THE PRODUCT WHILE DELIVERING YU HAVE JO EVIDENCE OF THE DELIVERY YOU HAVE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOU MISTAKE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER As you have already written you have been in contact with our customer service In the communication you were informed that if an order was delivered by the shipping partner and then cannot be found a loss report must be made by the customer As long as this has not been done no further steps can be taken on our part We hope for your understanding
