I ve been a long-time customer of Galaxus spending thousands of francs on various products Unfortunately my most recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning whether I ll ever buy anything high value from them again After a parcel was marked as delivered but went missing Galaxus completely washed their hands of the situation Instead of offering a reasonable solution or showing any accountability they suggested I claim the loss through my household insurance shifting the blame and responsibility entirely onto me What s worse Galaxus itself doesn t even allow packages to be held at the post office leaving customers exposed to theft or loss when deliveries are left outside I expected much more from them With 2 5 billion Swiss francs turnover and this status you might expect some service that supports the fallacies of online sales the delivery In the end I do not recommend buying anything high value from Galaxus It is simply not safe

My ordered items were cancelled twice They just cancle few days afterSometimes it is out of stock but sometimes it is a lie cuz i saw my clock which was cancelled was uploaded again with higher price and just today i saw my dryer was cancelled with no reasons this experience is unpleasant and annoying

I have been reading all of Galaxus customer service responses on other reviews and each time they say the same thing we can t guarantee our delivery times This is very simply - if you can t promise it don t advertise it Almost every single item I order from Galaxus says delivered tomorrow and I know that this is a lie Every single time it s at least 3-4 days before arrival I DON T MIND waiting several days What is irritating is the lying Just be honest Galaxus Stop lying to your customers

Great website for online shopping but mot aftersale services My e-bike that i bought from Galaxus is broken within the guarantee period I reached them for repairment or change They infomed me the seller is not active anymore Meanwhile i learnt that the bike is recalled because of technical issues So you can easily buy something from Galaxus but then you are all alone if there is a problem

Website very frequently shows delievery times that are consistently wrong Almost every time I order something that shows avialability for delivery the next day with my location specified it does not arrive for the usual 3-5 days This is in my view a deceptive practice On contacting customer support the ususal stories are rolled out to try and explain it away

Usually good but the delivery is often misleading stating it will be delivered the same day or next day when in fact that is incorrect They need to fix this as it s poorly set up and disappointing service Apparently there are cut off times for certain deliveries but this should be clearer in the order confirmation and tracking not simply stating same day delivery when it s not possible due to cut off being breached Unfortunately poor attitude by sales from this as well No attempt to fix the issue just a dismissive half apology

Galaxus promised that If you order by 9 p m on a weekday we ll dispatch your order that day as long as the items are in stock in our main warehouse Your order will normally arrive the next working day This is just not true After years of use and many orders Even after carefully selected items to ensure they are in stock sometimes at extra cost I have never received an item with 3 days of ordering I currently have an active order which is still not delivered 10 days later after ordering - you absolutely cannot rely on these delivery promises

The increased partnership with Planter is really embarrassing and you should listen to your customers I am a long time customer of Galaxus and Digitec and when needing something last minute I always go to Galaxus since it most of the time is ready to be shipped with short notice I remember when Galaxus started to send more and more parcels with Planzer I remember the usual Marketing stuff mentioning a family owned business and so on Truth is as always price Planzer is of course cheaper for Galaxus Planzer is criticized by many and rightfully so While the overall industry suffers from overworked delivery workers and overfilled delivery trucks Planzer is no exception I remember clearly the backlash that Galaxus got when they introduced Planzer as a shipping partner and the attempt to justify the decision in a blog post The quickly introduced the option to have a proffered shipping partner to try to avoid too much backlash But choosing a preferred shipping method doesn t ensure you get the Swiss post over Planzer Over the past year I have had 6 parcels shipped by Galaxus by Planzer 3 of which ended up being a disastrous experience I have had parcels delivered on the wrong side on the house just put next to a busy street I have experienced failed delivery attempts while I was home and just no delivery I had been expecting a parcel from Galaxus the whole day - the parcel had been handed over to Planzer and the tracking said In Zustellung But it just never arrived Partnering with Planzer seriously tarns your reputation as a business And if you take your customers seriously you should stop it now We are blessed with an efficient and good Public post company with an excellent track record Use it

Packaging is waaay to big I ordered a brush and got it in a 50x40x10 box Package was full of air sacks and a tiny brush The 2 packages I ordered before were also similarly completely oversized Waste of cardboard shipping space and a joke in the face of environmental friendliness

First of all Planzer didn t deliver 2 parcels to the door but tossed them on the ground floor Also the delivery was late and 1 box was damaged because of the weight 16kg The cat litter sand bag got teared inside and sand was all over the box
