I ordered a backpack which was a returned item so the price was reduced However when I got to the checkout the price shot back up I tried this several times but the same result I called customer support and they helped once I explained what was happening They submitted the order on my behalf and at the original price even though it was from a third-party Their customer support was really excellent and I thank GALAXUS for their support in rectifying the situation

Galaxus offers great value and choices Search engine could be improved as well as the returns procedures Offerings vary based on the language used for the search When needing to return items it would be very convenient to be able to drop off returns at Migros customer service sites for free

Great online shop but packaging can be improved

I ve been shopping from Galaxus for 6 years now Orders are always delievered on time a true next day delivery and as described Once I had an item delivered damaged got a refund immediately after reporting it Their return procedure is straightforward and the staff at the pick up locations are friendly This would have been a five star review if it wasn t for their packaging though Often orders of small items are delivered in large boxes filled with plastic wrapping This is just wasteful and lazy Galaxus should add different box sizes to their warehouse and train their warehouse staff to pack orders in appropriately sized boxes

Works well as usual but unsustainable company

Works well as usual The only issue are returns This Swiss company disrespects modern sustainability They force Swiss residents to have a printer and paper to print out the return label This is very sad It is bad for environment Swisspost already offer to print label from the barcode on the phone screen for more than a year Despite Galxus is key partner of Swisspost and have best in class software own development team they still cannot provide same service to the customers wich would save the trees and oir planet Unsustainable company

Universal shop with good prices 99 of time the delivery is spot on Customer support is good Only downside is that quality of parcel packaging varies a lot Often packaging is too big making items inside flying and banging togeter few times it was not sealed properly and I even received obviously used and abused product sold as new I got my money back but still

The order was ok and the speed was ok

The order was ok and the speed was ok i just didnt like it couldnt be delivered to the shop as it is with Digitec We have had a lot of packages stolen so this is not a good solution for me

Glaxus has a good platform and a fast turnaround I did not have to deal with their customer service because everything worked out fine Therefore I cannot speak to that From my standpoint everything was fast efficient and as advertised

Easy to find the product Much cheaper than competitive vendors Super fast delivery but difficult to finalize the payment as there was a technical issue It took me 3 times and an hour to get to final payment
