I want to take a minute to write about customer service at Garden Trends Believe it or not despite this being August I was shopping for a good quality Christmas tree The lady I talked to was so helpful I got a 5 discount code thank you very much appreciated I have ordered my new 6ft tree and can t wait for Christmas I have used garden trends before and have always had an excellent shopping experience

Found an extendable table and chairs outdoor dining set on line I d never heard of Garden Trends before and obviously I was a bit reticent to place an on line order to someone who d I had never used before I needn t have worried Email questions to customer services were answered quickly and I placed the order on a Sunday am It was delivered by the Wednesday All I had to do was bolt on the legs and it was all set up Very pleased all round with the ordering service the table was in a sale 47 off with an additional 5 off for being a new customer and free delivery The set replaced the ubiquitous rattan and really looks modern and functional The centre extender just pops up when one end is pulled out negating two people having to play tug of war and to lift the centre extension up a very ingenious piece of furniture

I am going all-in with a 5 star review here for Garden Trends Service was superb the delivery driver went above and beyond to deliver the pallets to the top of our 200 foot drive One item ordered as an extra was missing but a quick call and GT organised for one to be sent Relatively easy to put in place but it is heavy so took a couple of strong guys to lift off the pallets My advice is go for the granite worktops and sides option The stainless is good quality but it will inevitable scratch This is a solid long lasting piece of kit and is better than our kitchen indoors 10 10 Draco Grills and 10 10 Garden Trends
