Shoes are great delivery was very slow

The shoes are excellent and better quality than I expected The only reason I gave it four stars was the delivery took several weeks much longer than I expected Overall I am very happy with the shoes

From 1 star to 4 stars and here s why

Edited I previously put up an angry review of Gatsby because I had waited for about a month and a half and my shoes hadn t arrived Because I hadn t ordered from them before I thought I d been scammed especially since customer services kept giving me what seemed to be cut and paste answers about the delay which didn t reassure me and in fact infuriated me more However the shoes did eventually arrive about 2 months from original order date and the actual shoes are fantastic Really really comfortable and stylish looking So i amend my review from 1 star to 4 stars and retract my original angry review A couple of things to note If you order from Gatsby your order MAY get delayed and held up in customs in China for aaaages try and be patient Customer services at Gatsby you can really help yourselves by giving more human explanations as to what s going on in order to reassure your customers that this can happen in some occasions The product is a 5 star product Customer services has some improvements to make so 4 stars overall

Shoes look great and are excellent order 1 2 size smaller

Shoes look great and are excellent quality Shipping and order communication was great The size was a bit large I had to add an insole to get them to fit A friend who ordered before me had the same issue with the size being about 1 2 size too big and having to add an insole as well The quality is excellent and seems like it will last a long time When I order again I will order a 1 2 size smaller

Shoes are really comfortable

Shoes are really comfortable arrived in a timely manner My only disappointment is the packaging 2 pairs were crushed and required shoe trees which i have many in order to regain there form Gatsby needs to upgrade the boxes The shoes are to pricey to have them be damaged via shipping get better shoe boxes

Wonderful Shoe

The shoes are very nice and appear to be of great quality I only say that because I have not actually worn them yet I do actually plan on getting a 3rd pair of them here in the very near future It would be great of you all to inform the customer upfront that they are coming from overseas and it will take some time for delivery

The shoes arrived just in time for my husband s 81 birthday He loved the shoes and they fit perfectly My one concern was not being able to receive a response from the company when I tried to contact them Customer Service is important However I will be purchasing another pair for my husband

I got the shoes and they are great

I got the shoes and they are great Have already received several compliments at work and a few coworkers may purchase some soon My only issue was how long to took to receive them From time of order to on my doorstep was 3 weeks I do not remember anything stating it would take that long For the website stating lighting fast shipping that was not really the case Oh and get the supplemental insoles

Worth the Wait

I m going to be honest in saying that I was impatient in waiting for my order to arrive I ordered the blue black and black - yes I ordered all 3 pairs I am extremely satisfied with my purchases and have received numerous compliments on each pair

Great quality nice looking

Shoes are great quality and came faster than I had originally anticipated after reading some terrible reviews We got 2 pair and they are both very good quality Gave 4 stars because I did have to contact customer service and responses were not the most useful Tracking information is also very inaccurate
