It took over 70 days to receive the shoes i order it from this company on 22-05-2021helpline nuber 9199392544i return it 21-07-2021 It took over 70 days to receive the shoes Paid 158 for three pairs o shoes They arrived in plastic gas and were horrible Had to pay 27 75 to ship them back to China Even though they arrived from a distributor in the us Do not buy from this company I am terribly disappointed in them i was trying to return this shoes back to them and sent an email about my issue so luck with email then i researched this company on the internet and i found this help line number which is the corerect number for this company Great customer service I had a query about a return and got a quick and helpful response from this company thank you

Ordered shoes Size 13 That is 1 size larger than I usually wear but I ve been experiencing tightness is some of my size 12 s They arrived after some time Weeks like 3-4 seemed a long time They came without any US size marking but European size markings 48 Turned out the size 48 translates to 13 US but the shoe when aligned next to my other dress 13 s was a full 3 4 shorter Cramped my feet from the side and my toes Customer service unreachable by phone Sent email 1 week later no response sent email again Then a response so I could return for exchange Received a full refund I really liked the shoes so I am ordering another pair 13 5 wide Let s hope all goes well

It seems like there are a lot of 5 star reviews here by people who have only left 1 review ever I would guess that the manufacturer is soliciting reviews for compensation Read them they all sound Sus I bought a pair of these shoes and the comfort and fit are just average Styling is nice for a sneaker like shoe The quality overall is poor After wearing them once for a few hours the white stripe was peeling all around I reached out to the manufacturer and they said there is no guarantee once they have been worn Waste of money Stick with known brands

I ordered the shoes for my husband as a gift They came promptly and are nice shoes however they were too big and we need to exchange them to get a smaller size By the time our anniversary came and he opened them and we decided he needed a different size then tried returning them it was 3 days past the 30 day Return window which begins the DAY YOU PLACE THE ORDER I ve tried emailing them and they won t make an exception I called their live help number only for it to say email us I m VERY disappointed in their customer service

Very uncomfortable for every day use

I recently purchased a pair of Gatsby shoes After purchasing my partner looked at the reviews and I became very worried that I had been ripped off However I had regular messages regarding the delivery of the shoes and they turned up within 14 days of order I wanted them for every day shoes but the inside is wafer thin and very uncomfortable for wearing all day I shall keep them but only because I have worn them and their refund policy says the shoes must be unworn Also the total refund policy looks like hard work

The shoe quality was not as expected and as advertised The sole of the shoe is very flimsy and the bottoms are too soft I don t feel the comfort They are stylish and look good But I wasn t impressed with the quality for the price paid

Canadians be sure before you order from this Company

my review has nothing to do with quality of the product but this is mainly a warning to Canadians who order from this company it can be very costly if the Shoes are not exactly as ordered such as size or color in order to receive your refund they state you will receive a full refund but further down states 10 restocking fee To ship from Canada to Gatsby in the US if you ship with tracking and insurance which you should it can cost about 41 00 This wont apply of course if you are happy with the product but this is only happen if you have a problem
