Poor product terrible service

Purchased a pair of shoes which looked good and were supposed to be orthopaedic which would help with my issue of getting comfortable shoes Thought they were British which I had seen listed on similar items Noticed from the tracking that they were coming from China not so good When they arrived in a cloth bag wrapped in plastic no box that was the first disappointment They looked okay but more vinyly looking than leather The fit was horrible and the thin sole had no comfort to me at all I decided to return them and had to pay almost half the cost of them to ship back to America They received them on the 24th November and nearly three weeks on and 3 emails later I still have not heard anything even after being told it would take 1 to 2 weeks to check them before a refund can be issued I have since seen that Teemu are selling similar Gatsby shoes at just over half what I paid Would never buy again and urge others not too

The worst company on the planet I ordered in November and it s almost January and still no merchandise Not sure where to go from here I would rather have my money back I got a email that the package was in queens N Y Now I received an email that they are in Shanghai I would appreciate any suggestions on how to get my money back Please do not purchase anything from this company

Garbage quality and even more horrible return policy It has been over 2 months after returning the garbage product at my own expense within the required 30 day policy Keep getting emails from EVA that it will take two additional weeks for their warehouse staff to inspect the returns before making the refund DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT They are a SCAM

This company is a SCAM It took a very long time to come and when they did they are really ugly and ill fitting When I tried to return them I got a whole run around and it took days waiting for a response to my return request At this point after a few emails back and forth I now got an email asking me for my order number and name as if it s the first time we started our correspondence I will be disputing the charge through my credit card company Horrible customer service They should be shut down

Do not buy from this company

Ordered shoes on 11 22 2023 went to cancel the next day they said already shipped but that was a lie I waited to hear when they would arrive so I can return them Never got a tracking notice until recently where it said the package is waiting at my local usps store to be picked up Now it s too late as I am not home due to the holidays A person or AI called EVA told me I have to pay for the return and take a 30 restocking fee This is horrible practices The package has been returned to Gatsy unclaimed by the usps since I never got a notice by Gatsy that it arrived and I had to phyically pick up the item I called my bank to get my money back in full hopefully DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH
