Why is it so difficult to get information on returns and refunds Tried several times to get information but no help

Their conversion from EU size to US

Their conversion from EU size to US size is inaccurate I ordered US size 7 shoes They took about 15 days to arrive from China The box said US 7 However when I tried them they were too big Then I looked for the size on the tongue of the shoe it said 41 which an EU size All conversion tables for shoe sizes show that US size 7 is EU size 39 5 and that UK size 7 is EU 41 Naturally I wanted to exchange the shoes for the correct size However they wanted me to pay for shipping When I told them that they have misleading sizes because their US size 7 is actually UK size 7 and that they should cover the shipping because it is their fault they refused This caused me to ask for a refund instead of an exchange I would not deal with this company again

Shoes look good but they aren t very comfortable and seem a cheaply made Shipping information was lacking to say the least

Don t do it

I ordered these shoes for my husband in size 14 but they were very narrow so I have been trying for several weeks to get in touch to request an exchange I emailed their customer service to an address that ends with co instead of com and when I never got a reply I thought I d made a mistake and emailed again Still no answer so I went to their website and completed the contact form at least 4 times with no reply There s a phone number but when you call it you just get a message to email them What a darn scam They don t even look as nice as they look online Look pretty cheap and now I see them offered on SheIn for 29 cheaper than I paid on the direct website

Not worth the box they re shipped in

The shoes feel like they re made of plastic and the size is completely different from any other shoes I ve ever ordered I contacted them about a return and the list of things you need to do to send these things back is like filing your taxes It was a busy time so I kept putting it off and passed the cutoff time Now I m stuck with these shoes that I can t even give away for free

Not at all what I expected Flimsy construction Very cheap look and feel to the materials Nothing I will wear These will go straight to the thrift store My fault for falling for a web ad for a company I have never heard of

Expensive return policy - you pay for everything

Had ordered 2 different sizes 11 and 12 being that the correct size is 11 5 Shoes ok for general public I guess but very thin soles for those with foot problems diabetes THEN - the return policy is full charge to you - even if you have asked a question that they didn t respond to SO - they also charge a restocking charge Ordering two pair - maybe I should have gifted them to someone being that it was 26 to ship back and 10 restocking almost the price of 1 pair of shoes Yes - they publish their policy - but you mainly see the 30 day return if you are not satisfied Use caution

I feel orthopedic is a gross misrepresentation

I feel orthopedic is a misrepresentation of the shoes I received The only support I get is from the inserts I purchased with the shoes and the shoes are so thing we ll see how long they last in my line of work I had higher hopes from the ads I read that they would be great for working in the service industry

Most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn I wore these shoes for about three hours It was necessary to untie them to relieve pressure on the sides of both feet The outside of each shoe has a seam that caused pressure The resulting discomfort was nearly unbearable I definitely would not recommend Gatsby shoes
