It was nice to buy something and not be surprised to get something else I love these shoes and I continue to get compliments on them they do run slightly larger but they are still comfortable and fit reasonably Strongly recommend anyone on the fence to try them

Good looking and fit well

These shoes are well made and actually fit my size 16 feet They are comfortable and look as good in reality as in the photos They do come from China so they took a while to arrive

I am incredibly pleased with my Gatsby shoes The fit is excellent and provides enough room in the toe box to make the fit comfortable to use all day I was initially concerned because the overwhelming Facebook ads made me think it was not a genuine offer After I ordered I realized the shoes were coming from overseas which made me concerned that it might take a long time to receive them Still the package tracking provided via email reassured me that the shoes would arrive on time After I received the shoes I could see that they looked great I did not find the extra gel inserts to be overly helpful and having to trim them down to size was more difficult than I would have liked I have added Super feet inserts which helped provide the support I need Overall the shoes are excellent and the price is great

Took 2 weeks to get perfect fit I went 14 wide same as all my other shoes I m a diabetic with sensitive feet if there was something wrong I d already know it Great price great comfort 2 weeks not a bad wait Satisfied customer

I have issues with my feet when these shoes arrived I put my orthotics in them and the fit was awesome They were so comfortable with very little break in time

Customer Service on a wrong size return

Customer Service on a wrong size return was terrific although paperwork cumbersome However the response rate was quick and the replacement shoes were the perfect size I did the site recommendation of ordering a different size and just doing a refund on the incorrect pair He doesn t wear dress shoes often and the tired old off the rack brands looked like crap after one wear Shoe store styles were uncomfortable and were cost prohibitive for how much wear he would get out of them He loves the feel of the Gatsby shoes and they look like a million bucks I will be a return customer and will definitely recommend Edit I followed all of the guidelines Ava sent for the return and getting my refund was seamless Yes they did take off for the original shipping costs which was minimal but as a small business owner myself I do understand the concept of taking off that original shipping charge
