I placed an order of which you could not supply one of the items but when I wrote to enquiry whether you would get this item in again I received no response I tried twice as I was desperate for this order but on hearing nothing - I cancelled the order Very disappointing

I knew I was taking a risk by ordering this from overseas US First the box that was used while covered in tape labeled Fragile was vey flimsy and was smashed when it arrived The lamp shade is completely unusable because it is dented all over The plastic heron s nose broke off and the picture online shows that the lamp base that goes to the light fixture itself is gold It is not it is black and looks tacky Definitely wasted money on this one because I don t want to have to pay to ship it back to the UK

Flawed item terrible customer service
The item was flawed when I contacted the company their response was abrupt The offered no exchange or compensation I will not be using is company again I understand that flaws can happen but their customer services was appalling

Poor customer service - left with mis-matched cupboards due to incomplete order
Ordered 3 long door handles and one small for a set of cupboards that had been renovated The small knob didn t arrive but no offer to replace the item meaning we had to re-order and pay another delivery fee for a small replacement We re now advised that the smaller knob isn t available at all even though there was no message saying the stock was unavailable at the time of ordering We ve already fitted the other 3 handles meaning our project will be mis-matched They are lovely handles but we wanted a matching set for the expense 80 I would have expected a bit of customer service We feel let-down

Very poor experience with the customer service Their website says they address issues with orders but when you contact customer service you get slow and or no answer We ordered knobs for 13 doors and one broke after a few days I emailed and received no conclusive answer I guess it s ok to sell faulty items

Waited for parcel to come no email too say when it was going to be delivered so emailed company who then replied saying we are out of stock and issue a refund In pure honesty I feel if I hadn t of contacted company would they have bothered emailing me to say out of stock and issued a refund No I don t think they would have in my opinion

Items Arrived Smashed
Ordered a set of 4 wine glasses for a gift for a friend As it was a set I expected 4 glasses to be contained together in a nice commercial box However they were all loose and packed in cardboard It wasn t even a proper box - it looked like bits of boxes stuck together with fragile tape Unsurprisingly all the glasses were crushed Even if they had arrived intact they couldn t be given as a gift because they were not a set as advertised When I contacted G Decor for a refund they were very dismissive and blamed the supplier for sending them to them in poor packaging If they know it is poor packaging why didn t they rectify it before they sent them out to me and why are they still selling them when they cant deliver them safely I also had to jump through hoops to get my money back Would not use this company again
