Encountered a problem but promptly resolved

My order got lost due to a system glitch However once I rasied this as an issue it was promptly resolved

These ceramic knobs are excellent quality But are advertised as grey they are more beige than grey

The quality of the product was not great I probably should have returned but the service was swift and efficient

Communication needs work

Products are fine but their communication is pretty poor 2 weeks after ordering I got an email to say sorry we ve been closed for the past 2 weeks and just to let you know your item might not be ready to go for another 6 weeks too I got in touch with them about it no reply so I sourced the handles elsewhere 2 days later I got an email from them saying the handles had been sent Now I have 2 sets of handles no big deal but like I said poor communication

Whilst happy with products the packaging was awful Not carefully packed at all thankfully the contents wasn t damaged

Lovely candle not so good now out of stock Doesn t smell either Primak ones smell nicer I don t knownits even burning supposed to be relaxing

Beautiful product but better cust service would be appreciated

The kitchen cabinet knobs are beautiful and arrived very promptly However minutes after placing my order I emailed requesting a small change of design to my order I didn t get a reply and the change wasnt included in my parcel Otherwise this would have been a 5 star purchase

Was a bit later than expected box a bit over taped hard to open

The product itself is as described of high quality I d recommend as they look really well The reason for the lower rating was the delay in delivery from Birmingham to Dublin I emailed phoned to enquire about their shipping 10days after ordering as they hadn t been sent yet Customer service wasn t up to standard I got no reply to my email I then followed up with 4 phone calls - my call was disconnected on each occasion I called from 2 different phones

Door handles

They were helpful when the door handles were incorrect but I thought they could have sourced me the correct ones and they said they couldn t All the replies were quick and that is a bonus
