my order arrived in 5 days but with the wrong items I tried to e-mail or contact G D cor over the phone but I was not successful the quality of the product is good but I wish to be refunded soon but I cannot manage to communicate with G D cor

Damaged goods and slow customer service

We made an order for four letter hooks to spell out a name The website was pretty bad to use and took ages to order but we really wanted them However when they arrived three of the four had issues one was in two parts one was bent and one had the letter misaligned and look strange Requested replacements and was sent a label to return which I duly did Now they say they don t have one of the letters even though apparently you can still order it on the site rendering the others useless and haven t responded to my email for clarification and discussion of how to proceed in almost a week Really need hooks for my daughters coats and can t wait any longer To be honest I wish I had never ordered just not worth the hassle

I recently ordered some wall hooks One was delivered significantly damaged I emailed the company for support no response I have tried calling using the number provided no luck with anyone picking up the phone According to the website they do not exchange faulty items you have to return them at your own expense and then order a new one Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to properly quality control the products you are selling

Candles arrived broken

Candles arrived broken even though they were in bubble wrap marked fragile Very disappointed but would have cost too much to return Colour not quite as expected either

Unfair Pricing

Unfair Pricing G Decor sell the same items on various platforms my fault for not checking But how can they justify a 63 mark up for the same item being sold on Not On The High Street 19 99 on your site and 25 99 on NOTHS I expect there to be charges but that is greed When I e mail G Decor about this the reply was we can sell things for whatever we want WOW lets hope people go elsewhere

Placed my order 10 days ago and still poor deluver

Placed my order 10 days ago and still waiting for it to arrive time stated was 3-5 days

Goods not checked before despatch

The metal ceramic doorknobs arrived promptly but on one of the knobs the ceramic insert has fallen off To stick it back on I will somehow need to remove the hard thick residue of glue Obviously the goods haven t been checked by the person packing them

good and bad

My first order was faultless and the product was excellent But my second order wouldn t go through because of website problems so I had to order by phone Unfortunately whoever placed the order had the right description but transposed 2 digits of the part number so I was sent the wrong part I returned it explaining the problem only to be sent the wrong part again After further communications I got the right part but the invoice cost was increased The ceramic parts are excellent but the ordering system can fall apart
