On the surface Geekfone com appears to be a legitimate online retailer selling various discounted items to shoppers at prices significantly lower than major retailers However in reality Geekfone com is a scam website that engages in deceptive tactics to trick customers into placing orders and handing over their money or sensitive personal information Scammers behind Geekfone com use spam emails and social media platforms like Facebook Instagram and TikTok to promote the site and lure in victims This fraudulent site uses incredibly low prices and stolen product images to entice unsuspecting shoppers Once victims place orders and submit payment information the scammers simply take the money and run Customers are left with one of the following outcomes Nothing at all The most common outcome Orders go unfulfilled and simply disappear after payments are processed Knock-off or inferior substitutes Victims may receive cheap replicas made with poor-quality materials that do not match the original product descriptions Used damaged or tampered goods In some cases victims report receiving items that are clearly used broken or otherwise tampered with showing that no new products are being shipped Completely wrong items Some orders arrive with products that are completely different from what was ordered demonstrating no order accuracy

I was sent to this site by bestbuy for an item I was looking for Since I trusted bestbuy I trusted this site Wrong decision Ordered got tracking Item says it was delivered to Hawaii I live in Alabama Phone number is disconnected After several emails they said they would refund never did Finally had to dispute the transaction with our card company

Scam 100 PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE
I was looking for a ice maker for my mother for Christmas and paid my hard earned money and still haven t received item I ve emailed them and didn t get my confirmation of purchase or anything until I emailed them Received a fake tracking number and had to download a app just to be able to track my package It should of been here by now if it ships 8-10 Business Day s after shipping confirmation I ve got emails to prove I ve tried getting in touch with anyone and am very disappointed that anyone would scam so many people especially when it was a Christmas gift that I payed for and never received anything If I could I wouldn t even give this review a whole star This whole website needs to be taken down

Needed a marine battery typed in the make and model into google it came up with Geekfone good price and quick delivery On ordering I immediately saw a charge from bookksbunnypillow on my CC Cancelled the order and received confirmation of cancellation stating refund will be 5-10 days Waited 7 days no refund 9 days no refund 10 days no refund Sent numerous email and did not receive any response Contacted CC on day 10 Life is difficult enough without these things happening 100 to blame for ordering online and not checking them out before Nothing but scum what goes around comes around Karma going to get them one day

Never trust this site
Unfortunately we have to give at least one star This website is only out to take as much as they can from your bank before you cancel your card or in my case I went through PayPal and they stop multiple transactions within a few minutes I don t believe they had any intentions in sending the product I ordered Please stay far away from this site

This site is a scam I ordered some tires I never got tires fake shipping information fake tracking tracking number u can t get a hold anyone by phone and the time u would get a respond is after u make any purchase once they take your money in your statement is not gone show GEEKPONE they used a third party to still your funds DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM is scam 6 months later and still haven t received anything money back or the item I purchased
