I just purchased this hosting a few days ago An SSD reseller account because i needed speed like i get on DomainRacer I was attracted by GenHost cheap pricing After only installing one single site The server is almost unusable so slow it is I wouldn t recommend this to anybody who wants to have a serious online presence It is obvivous the seller is OVERLOADING his servers in order to profit i can t stand when company put profits before service EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED GOING TO REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT that s how bad it is Don t waste your precious earned money From a serious Reviewer UPDATED REVIEW ON SEPTEMBER 18 I just opened a ticket with GenHost complaining of the speed Genhost Literally Deleted my account as a reponse This confirm to me that this company is untrustable i am sure the other reviews are fakes made by the ONLY 1 member owner support tech team Very unprofessional Service WHO IN THE WORL DELETE AN ACCOUNT after a speed complaint Please read this review and trust a 28 years web professional this hosting will damage your business and reputation and the owner will not care about you he will obviously delete all your accounts if you make a single complaint I just opened this account 3 days ago What a ridiculous company please folks save your hard won money for something more professional Sir please stop lying you might not have any server problem to you overload your servers for profit making it impossible for people like to run a website business I just opened a ticket and complainted about the speedYour answer You just deleted everything without warning would you call that a professional response sir This is not how business works You cannot argue with me on that i am a customer You are not trustworthy come on sir deleting everything without warning as a response to a ticket what kind of service is that Follow up Sir Name me one professional company that just delete accounts without warning That shows total unprofessionalism Admit your wrong doing and be a man Your incapacity at taking critic shows a lot on your professionalism in 28 years as a computer expert for the military i have never seen that level of low service quality Shame on you GenHost

Honestly if I could make a refund I would have done it because I am terribly disappointed with their service But anything that is cheap is not good my site goes down without a reason I can not connect to cPanel or WHM and while I mentioned it I was told I was working fine Their support is not good they answer once a day

Lets encyprt SSL never works they claim it does but everytime me or my friends use them we have to contact support for them to enable Lets Encrypt SSL on the service When I was with him I lost about 20-30 clients or so due to the SSL not working so in the end they cost me money with going with them ---- In their reply they claim that it works when all of my clients said it didn t work also they had deleted my account before because I got a refund from them And told paypal what they do I had a full reseller for around half a year before

Worst server and service - Maximum time down especially in the night and when you tell them about the condition of the server they will always tell you the same story Your IP is blocked sir and our server is working fine OR Our server is up please check your local area connection and other reasons They don t charge much but if you are thinking to spend your one rupees on genhost then please contact me I will show you screenshots of server downtime and there chat support And the most important thingyour emails directly land into the SPAM folder using contact form on their server and when I ask why they said sir you need to buy dedicated IP to resolve this issue Please don t buy anything from this company P S All the good reviews mentioned there are fake please ignore them and if in case you still don t believe in my review then please contact me on this number 8384027687 and I will provide you free access to genhost hosting Just for a demo so you can use there service first and believe my words Your time and money is precious so do not waste it on GENHOST
