A star service

Got the Bits limited Edition one credit card via my clearscore app only 50 limit but guess we all have to start somewhere took it to Amsterdam on holiday no issues using the card all transactions went through nicely had some queries contacted bits hello getbitsapp got fast answers unlike normal credit cards this one you pay off weekly I have no issues with that paid it off today Will definitely recommend bits to anyone who needs a credit card and wants to build there credit report

Hands down the best customer service experience I have been through The team is outstanding and Luis is a wonderful human being and so easy to talk to He was extremely caring and professional at the same time A gem these days and so hard to do Probably one of the very few times I felt truly cared for as a person when talking to a company Thanks Luis and team

Definitely recommend

In the first month of having this card my credit score went up by 76 points with even more projected to come I had a query where I had an issue with payment there was money in my bank email was sent due to a glitch error in the system I contacted Bits and they got back to me pretty much straight away Everything was sorted there and then Excellent customer service and always so polite friendly and so willing to help Would definitely recommend this company

Great service I signed up to bits but decided the product was not the correct fit for my needs one email to request to cancel and have a refund and this was actioned no questions asked in a very timely manner great service

I signed up to Bits because I had a lot of trouble acquiring a rental property since moving to the UK from Australia I had no idea how credit history works and Luis was extremely patient and amazing at explaining the whole process to me He also gave me lots of tips I would not have thought of to help build my credit score The app is also very sleek and easy to use Highly recommend this company for anyone arriving in the UK for the first time looking to build their credit score thanks again to Luis

The company made a mistake by taking

The company made a mistake by taking money from my bank account without informing me which left me in a very precarious position financially I raised the matter with them and they immediately responded The outcome was very generous as they refunded me quickly within a day waive a payment and sent me a 50 Amazon Gift Card as an apology Let s face it not many companies would do that in this day and age Mistakes happen a Bits responded brilliantly Top marks for Bits

Excellent customer service

Unsubscribe is utter nightmare they offer 3 free months then ignore you have to go to bank to get it sorted Company reached out - refund received sad i needed put review here to get it sorted Everything was sorted and lovely agent Luis spoke with me and fixed all reference number - 3313-6347
