Got the Bits limited Edition one credit card via my clearscore app only 50 limit but guess we all have to start somewhere took it to Amsterdam on holiday no issues using the card all transactions went through nicely had some queries contacted bits hello getbitsapp got fast answers unlike normal credit cards this one you pay off weekly I have no issues with that paid it off today Will definitely recommend bits to anyone who needs a credit card and wants to build there credit report

In the first month of having this card my credit score went up by 76 points with even more projected to come I had a query where I had an issue with payment there was money in my bank email was sent due to a glitch error in the system I contacted Bits and they got back to me pretty much straight away Everything was sorted there and then Excellent customer service and always so polite friendly and so willing to help Would definitely recommend this company

The company made a mistake by taking money from my bank account without informing me which left me in a very precarious position financially I raised the matter with them and they immediately responded The outcome was very generous as they refunded me quickly within a day waive a payment and sent me a 50 Amazon Gift Card as an apology Let s face it not many companies would do that in this day and age Mistakes happen a Bits responded brilliantly Top marks for Bits
