Signed up and within a week their prices went up and I was locked into a contract with them at a higher price Other than this the company has been good so far and no complaints

Thrilled to Bits

Well I ve been with Bits for about 4 months not sure how much my credit rating has improved but hoping it has and have a feeling it is The process is quite sime and I don t really notice the payment going out each month Option to change and increase your package

I forgot my password and I couldn t

I forgot my password and I couldn t change it I set up a new account with the exact same details and now I jave nothing not even a this email name is already in use so now I m paying 14 a month for nothing unless u want to pay more on this so called new account can t even cancel the first one EDIT 12 12 2022 just had a phone call from them and I m absolutely delighted they got straight to the problem and rectified it with no issues the customer service is brilliant thank you so much and merry Christmas

I gave 4 for the customer service the missing star is for the credit it s no good you only get vouchers that you have to pay over half of the cost for it that s no good for me I applied for a card not vouchers but they canceled my plan and refunded me the same day I emailed them very fast responses shame I couldn t get a card from you or I would of signed up

Overall good company but may not be for everyone

Originally I gave the company one star as it wasn t clear enough when joining what you actually get for signing up and there isn t a lot of stores to choose from I also wasn t eligible for their credit card so it was pointless for me Upon cancelling within a couple of days I received a refund for my membership and also a colleague from the company called me to discuss my negative feedback and see if they could help which I felt was really good considering Overall the company and customer service seems great it just wasn t the right fit for me personally

I saw this app on the bottom of my

I saw this app on the bottom of my credit report so went and downloadsd it applied got accepted paid etc Then I thought about it some more The initial impact on my credit score will be negative due to it being a credit account so it could then take a ling time to recover to my current score let alone show improvement It isn t guaranteed to improve so I can t justify paying even 6 month for it I emailed Bits asked them to cancel and refund Pleasantly surprised when a couple of hours later my bank notified me of upcoming refund Cannot fault Bits at all just wasn t for me
