My card is always locked I read reviews beforehand warning of this issue but because of the vast majority of the reviews being positive I gave it a shot I wanted to get this unlocked emailed in and was told to wait 24 hours as I had made too many transactions At this point I only made 2 successful transactions The idea in essence is extremely helpful - but what really is the point when the card is always locked declining purchases even when it s within the limit Emails can take up to 48 hours for a response and trying to get in contact over the phone is hell-ish I kept being sent to an automated line telling me to email in then after clicking a different option just to speak to someone I was put on hold for a while and then just hung up on Edit I received a lovely call after leaving the review where Luis answered all of my questions and definitely changed my experience using the Bits credit card from truthfully quite negative to positive I m genuinely impressed by the level of attentiveness once you get through to someone and hopefully all goes well in the future Thank you Luis -
