Off to a wonderful start

I ve only had my initially intake thus far but Taylor was incredibly kind patient empathetic and let me take my time sharing my story and my pain I m also a therapist and I deeply appreciate how she built safety and security within such a short period of time

My care counselor is amazing

My care counselor Naiysa positively impacts my life so much Talking to her every month makes me happy and it helps me tremendously I am very unhappy that Cerebral is ending the care counselor program It really sucks and is messed up that they are ending the program when it is helping so many people I m not sure if I would recommend Cerebral since they are ending the care counselor program If they chose to continue the program then I would stick with them for life

Cerebral s Dr Hahn is AMAZING

My prescriber is AMAZING I enjoy my follow up visits with her and I feel like she 1 truly cares and has my best interest and 2 genuinely wants to get to the root of some of the issues I experience while ensuring she is providing the proper medication for same I feel comfortable and can be open and honest with her

Valuable resource worth the money

I ve been pretty discouraged with therapists i ve met with in the past The one I talked to today I couldn t of asked for better I m happy cerebral is able to provide me with such valuable resources

I started going back for some help a couple months ago The best thing I did I don t like to leave the house much so the virtual is perfect for me and my schedule Only drawback is they don t accept my insurance Other than that I m very happy I made the decision to go back

Cerebral helped me take control of my mental health I was matched with a counselor whom I trust and genuinely look forward to visiting with every time I m able to get my medications mailed to me which I really appreciate Cerebral takes all the stress out of setting up appointments and having to travel I can get the care I need from the comfort of my own home
