Update They gift card has now been received plus an additional 25 card because of the error in delivery ---I ordered my father in law a gift card for Christmas on December 20th to be delivered to his email on Christmas Day I have attempted to contact the company twice now with no response Very unprofessional So disappointed and frustrated that a company would take my money and not deliver what was paid for

I just purchased gift cards for my staff but the system would only take 10 orders at a time so I had to make two orders The second order did not get processed and when I called I was not given a clear answer why it did not go through and that I would have to reorder it I have just completed my second order and decided to do a review and noticed many people not receiving what they have paid for and now I am concerned I will follow up and let the the Customer review know if the gift cards were recieved and able to use them

Lack of customer service
I ve ordered dinig gift cards and my recipient did not receive theirs I ve been trying to call and can t get through and my e-mails are not going through either I m hoping I can actually get through to someone as soon as possible as this is a Christmas gift Why is there no customer support available

Problem with multiple card purchase
If you want to buy one card the service works great however if you are buying more than that in one transaction it is a problem The security protocols cancel the transaction and therefore resulting in the user wasting time entering comments etc for hte recipiants It ended up taking me 4 hours to send 6 cards

My money is being held spent 200 on a gift card the company took my money and declined the transaction after don t buy from this company they re a scam How can you take peoples money and then decline the purchase that makes no sense at all and then say you go hold it for 7 days what the hell

Changed a 1x 75 order into 4x 75 300
Changed a 1x 75 order into 4x 75 300 without asking me billed me the 300 then refused to refund The only recourse is to exchange these 4 cards on a sister site they own for different cards Update Based on the reply by giftcards ca I mean it s potentially not a scam just either poor support or poor support tooling to assist customers I am tentatively removing the Scam and avoid note if the refund does indeed go though I ll change the rating as well

I bought a LCBO gift card yesterday I still haven t received an email confirming it was sent The longer I m waiting for that email confirmation the more I think this is a scam I just lost 50 In this modern day why does it take so long to send a gift card confirmation I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing a gift card from them Update talked to chat and they were able to help me and I ve now received an email regarding the gift card I purchased
