I didn t get an order number or any details they just took my money and that s it and I need a refund I don t know where to message these people on this app

Same as previous review they canceled my order because of their screening process even though payment went through Didn t tell me until I asked why the recipient hadn t received their card They also don t tell you why or what their screening process involves Sketchy And now I have to monitor my aches to make sure the payment is reversed Won t use them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITEI placed an order on December 25th 2019 My payment was processed on my credit card that day No confirmation email was sent no gift card was received Phone calls to the company for resolution did not resolve the issue They said they have resent twice to both email addresses Nothing received I have requested a refund which in all likelihood will result in the same issue - nothing received Scammers

Waiting more than 24 hours for my LCBO gift card could have walked there and delivered it in person in that time 10 business days to release the hold on my credit card She canceled it without confirming with me If something goes wrong I ll likely forget to check it that time Messaged customer service and got a ton of we are sorry messages but nothing that actually helped Boo Inconvenient frustrating and unacceptable in this modern day

I purchase virtual payment cards to shop online to keep my credit card details protected Two successful gift card orders on this website 25 and 100 But now My orders keep getting CANCELLED Same card same billing info same location same IP and same device It s ridiculous that this company is big enough to stop someone else from offering the same service but due to their horrendous algorithm CONSUMERS SUFFER AND PEOPLE DONT HAVE ANY OTHER PLACE TO GO SINCE COMPANIES LIKE THIS STOP OTHER PEOPLE FROM HAVING A MARKET SHARE Edit Still no refund 300 pre-authorization is stuck pending Edit I did talk to the customer service team via phone and live chat numerous times All they tell me is to make sure my billing info is correct I m using correct billing details that I have verified with my bank statement and I tried using Apple Pay Google Pay and 2 other bank cards but NOTHING WORKED

Wish I had read these reviews before attempting to purchase gift cards through this company Took an hour Despite indicating that the order was processing the transaction never completed There was no error message provided Used chat feature Not helpful

If I could give a 0 star rating I would This company is part of a bigger group of companies The Perfect Gift is one of many They are totally ridiculous group that has terrible customer service My company buys at least 25 000 dollars in gift cards each year for customers and staff We had terrible experience last year with actual cards with fraudulent purchases on customer gift cards So we thought we would try online ecards We tried buying from their sites with our company cards and keep getting error transactions We spoke to our bank and visa security they authorized 10 s of thousands of dollars on our multi cards and they keep saying the error was on our end Spent over 8 hours thing to give this company 25 000 dollars to only be hung up on with no follow-up even when they had my email address and phone number Never again and if I were you stay clear of this company and all the others that sell these cards they are nothing but frauds I have no idea how they represent Visa and Master Card those companies should be ashamed of their approval of such fraudulent companies Dale G

Worst experience ever You cannot buy gift cards there probably once in your life time because after the first purchased which was finally successful after numerous of tries Ever since that one purchased went through All of a sudden your exact same billing information is not correct Yup Completely your problem cause the exact same billing information you provided suddenly just not correct

When I tried to purchase a Thrifty s Foods gift card through giftcards ca they charged my MasterCard 100 then sent an error msg saying the order was canceled not processed But the CHARGE TO MY CARD was not canceled It was processed They took my money and I received nothing in exchange That amounts to fraud STAY AWAY FROM GIFTCARDS CA

No option to do multiple cards so did 32 one at a time After each one it said processed At the end I went back to check and only two worked Tried to get help from the online chat useless I inputted 32 individual gift cards because there was no option to do a group input spoke to the online chat fella and he said there was a way but could not explain it properly Anyway after each individual purchase the system would go through its process and when it was complete it would say process completed So I did this 32 times then went back in to ensure everything was done correctly only to find 2 cards had been issued It took me hours with my creditcard provider to ensure my card has not been charged for the 30 card requests that didn t work and they suggested cancelling the card because this was not a trusted website I m sure giftcards ca will respond to this with some type of excuse but by reading many of the previous reviews they don t seem to fix the problem
