Great Program Even Better Representatives

I am extremely excited to dive into Givecloud thanks to my Givecloud Account Manager Keisha who was for lack of a better word exceptional I am a new mom and I am embarrassed to say that my communication and response time have been awful throughout the onboarding and implementation process Keisha was leisurely and relaxed yet consistent in her outreach she would check in rather than overwhelm with reminders which showed her understanding and patience for where I was in my new role which has been a rarity in the workforce since becoming a mom She was also accommodating to my schedule and availability and when we finally did connect she was personable extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was in no hurry After my experience today I wish I had connected with Keisha and Givecloud sooner as Givecloud seems to be the missing link to the puzzle I have been looking for in the growth and branding of my organization over the last few months A BIG THANK YOU to Keisha
