When we first got in touch with Global

When we first got in touch with Global Van they were great sales Guy really helpful sorted us a van out have done everything they have asked deposits etc document uploads etc The major problem we have now is that nobody seems to have a delivery date for the vehicle each time we ring we seem to get fobbed of with the same answer waiting for their supplier to confirm this how long does it take to confirm this finance deposit paid on the 14th June now the 30th What more can we say

Isaac got the deal sorted Was a little worried about van turning up on time date but it arrived as booked all sound Although only offering an all day delivery slot Chelsea contacted dealer for me to confirm delivery was going ahead on the day and she confirmed by calling me back Thanks to the team for doing a good job in getting us on the road and earning money

Great Service up to now

Great service up to now I was helped by Emily Edwards She was quite helpful and affable The process was smooth with no pressure The system is set up to be quite quick with most questions answered online The only reason for not 5 stars is I wanted to read the contract agreements for the Lease and the Service Plus before sending the holding deposit I was told these will be able to be seen after deposit paid I believe ALL policies contracts and Terms and Conditions should be readily available for anyone to see at anytime

Brilliant Service

Would definitely recommended their services to others We have dealt with Darren multiple times and he has always been incredibly helpful and made the process for us so easy and communicated with us with updates throughout which we greatly appreciated
