Getting seriously fed up with the lack of updates on what s actually going on Ordered a factory fit van 8-9 months ago had a call in December 2021 to say I d have the van January 15th 2022 I ve been out and bought 6000 of kit ready for the new van including a full custom printed wrap van still hasn t arrived I ve then had to re apply for the lease and now have no idea if I m even getting the van Update first delivery date come for tomorrow Months ago I asked for the van to be delivered un touched apart from the pdi inspection taking place I wanted all the wrapping left on the vehicle and for it not to be washed I reminded them of this last Friday too Low and behold global vans have ignored all this information and the van has been washed and probably scratched to hellIf I find a single mark on that van I will be billing you for it to be rectified that s for sure You had emails and phone calls you have blatantly ignored

This is the third vehicle I have had from global and it s my opinion the service has deteriorated First order with Jordan no issues 2nd as usual there were delays but it was manageable this one was ordered with a van which I later had to cancel and to be fair they were great it was well overdue for delivery and due to COVID-19 was no longer required I did however take delivery of my new Ford ranger The order process was fine and again there were major delays however I feel after the sale is done they are not really interested in anything else My trade in was agreed at 26K when the order was placed however on delivery of my new vehicle I was offered 23K despite being verbally assured the 26k would be honored I m now left paying for 2 vehicles 1 of which should ve been away when my ranger arrived This will be the last order I give global vans as a broker

After originally giving glowing review see bellow I m dropping this down to a generous 2 star everything was set and I had paid my deposit thinking my van was secured yet it wasn t and I lost out on my van not only that but the prices have gone up 3 times since ordering with them and the van I wanted isn t available for a year I was relying on the van before the end of the tax year to write off a huge lump sum of tax Very disappointed with the way I was dealt with and suspect they simply sold on the van at a higher price although Iv no proof of this I can t belive you can take a deposit then cancel the goods 6 months later For this reason I would not recommend global vans These guys are pros they give you a quote with the stock they have in seconds No bull take it or leave it great to work with I spoke with Steve Trapnell he wasRealy quick and to the point and would highly recommend as a reputable van provider

Used this company for the 2nd time Last time wasn t brilliant but price was good Waited ages for van last time This time quicker but van came with no serviced booked signed off properly on the preinspection No mileage filled in and nothing to say who did it Delivered in the pouring rain so could not check body work fully So DON T sign anything till it s dry or make the delivery driver go back with it and come back when it is as your CAN T do a proper inspection in the wet Then realised back door dented at the top Offered half the price for repair by the manager joke So all in all Vanarama next time for my vans

Was all very quick and rushed when it come to securing the deal but once they ve got you good luck getting hold of them tried many many times to get hold of this company no one ever answers the phone emails are very slow to get a response also not only the fact it s taken nearly 2 months to return my deposit Personally won t be using them again

So my review triggered a response from Global Vans and Nico contacted me to advise that our deposit would be refunded and offered his apologies for the delay I appreciate that there are probably a large number of cancelled orders currently just due to the unreliability of sourcing the vehicles and this has a knock-on effect however just keeping in touch via email advising that this is still being looked into would have been sufficient We got there in the end and the refund has been received Following on from my previous post and reply It was me that orders the van and I still have had no contact from Global Vans despite their quick public response saying they will contact us

Been trying to resolve an issue for the past 11 months Thought I was buying a van once finance was completed I had a further 700 taken for the years lease Ive paid out about 30k and ive nothing to show for it Initial wait was about 6 months too Really dissapointing as this was never explained to me Asked for the initial phone calls but no responses

Hi thereI ordered van from globalvans and at the beginning everything was so quick and easy van should be with me in 3 to 4 weeks customer service very helpfull untill I paid van holding fee Then everything starts Sensed few emails with no response few calls not answered call back request Then they rang me today and said the van will be ready by the end of this month will be 8 weeks and still haven t got delivery date

Great van love it perfect in every way and Justin was perfect ordering the van and taking the 500 deposit and very was perfect till this point then you get past to admin and wow what a load of agro every time you call it s takes days to get an answers off them nothing was simple and all was very stressful from global even paying my Vat deposit they made every excuse and avoided every call just for me trying to get a receipt of sale for the van I kept asking and asking they told me the finance company gives it to me I then phoned the finance up and they said no you should get it from global as that s where you brought it from so phoned global back by this point they are getting annoyed and angry at me asking for it which I don t get Lucky for me I got through to Sam and she said no problem I ll get it for you by tomorrow true to her word there it was I couldn t understand what the other girls problems were but at every point it was like this When was the van coming Avoid calls emails and was days upon days to come back to you like it was done on purpose What s the reg of the new van Same thing happened again Can I have a receipt Same happened again I must have phoned this company over 100 times and yea wow it s unreal even the manager Jordan got annoyed and angry cos I phoned him and asked then to top it off the van was delivered and the screen was cracked I was like here we go again but lucky enough Chelsea sorted it with no agro So if you do buy from here use Justin to order it then use Sam to do paper work and then Chelsea if there s any problems other than that avoid the other people in admin at all cost not sure what s happening at the company but it wasn t like this when I order the other van but I deffo won t be returning after this performance from the team at global just a shame the manager can t get off his a e and ring some of his customers to make sure they happy and do spot checks
