trunk emblem never arrived and won t refund my payment

I ordered a trunk emblem for my Camaro over 30 days ago They have taken my money but have not mailed me the part nor have they replied to my emails requesting the status of my order I would not buy anything from this company

I order a flare extension for 2013 corvette I received what appears to be an outside mirror for truck I have e-mail multiple times and get no response I am out nearly 100

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible I wanted to make a return of something that was not even opened and they never even responded to my request LITERALLY closed the ticket without even telling me I don t care who you use but DON T use this company

Don t waste your money

I ordered a right side diode light for my 2016 XTS The packaging appeared to as if it was used When I installed the part my driver light was full yellowish I email imparts and expressed my concerns and they told me they would ship another one out Three weeks past I email the requesting the status The requested a picture of what I was talking about They responded sending me a diagram of the light an wiring So I thank them for the diagram and inquired about the replacement No response to date The light went out in less than 6 months I wished I would have just got it from the dealer The dealer was about 40 more

Don t Order

Bought 3 parts on May 8th the status of the order is still ready to ship haven t revived any commutation or tracking numbers Wouldn t recommend ordering

There is zero communication to

There is zero communication to customer to talk to somebody is like pulling teeth and you are so wasting there time My order never got posted to my member account I had to call them and ask for my list of parts I ordered Then they have no idea when they will ship parts Very poorly run

Complete scam Avoid at all cost

Complete scam if you don t believe me try going on their page and try to look for the support number It autodials 11111 They took about 200 from me but I m in the process of getting it disputed They also bugged my phone and could be doing more without me knowing These people are scum Don t trust this website

I received my spare parts but

I received my spare parts but unfortunately they forgot to attach one spare part the most important to me they now claim that the spare part is discontinued and have therefore just refunded the amount for this spare part I paid USD 375 for the shipping and tax on this order and I think it will cost them USD 80 to ship the spare part they forgot but they obviously will not pay for it rather claim the item is discontinued The spare part can in any case be purchased in many other stores in the United States Therefore I advise overseas customers not to shop here

Waiting

Ordered part May 11th The payment went to a dealer in south Texas Received an email May 14th stating part ready to ship and that is the last communication so far Have checked the order status several times and it states ready to ship with no further action taken Sent an email inquiry and have not received any answers Never again

Fraud and a Scam

Fraud and a Scam There is no phone number on their website to call for problems The Air Cleaner Housing I ordered for a C6 Corvette was broken in two pieces when delivered I sent it back and the 2nd one was broken too - they simply sent the original broken housing right back to me I received only an email with a tracking number from CLARK CHEVROLET PARTS in McAllen TX The box had the dealer name on it when the broken pieces were delivered both times so I am disputing the credit card charge
